Our staff consists of NOC technicians I, II, III, CyberSecurity Analysts, and degreed engineers that are skilled at the design, deployment, monitoring and management of the networks used for emergency 9-1-1 communications (including ESInets)... Our Mission is to assist our customers in developing and deploying strategies to secure and improve the reliability of the mission critical systems used to handle Emergency 911 communications... NPSS provides Design, Deployment, Monitoring and Managed Services to its customers enabling them to maintain a high degree of reliability on mission critical systems while embracing new technologies and advancements in the Public Safety sector.
