Founded in 2012 by Sonya Knight, DO, FAAN, (a board certified neurologist, board certified psychiatrist, and board certified epileptologist) and James Barsky, PT, DPT, (who has a doctorate in physical therapy), NPBTC offers patients coordinated medical care and rehabilitation in a warm, relaxing environment... With years of experience and advanced training, we strive to stay current in our fields and provide informed, evidenced-based care. We read the latest literature, attend continuing education courses, and incorporate new technology into our practice when warranted... Multidisciplinary solo practice offering neurology management, psychiatric management, physical therapy for dizziness, neurologic and orthopedic issues.
