As Executive Director of Development, Andrew is passionate about growing relationships and connecting the organization's unique history and capabilities with clients the world over. A graduate with Honors from Hobart College and London School of Economics, Andrew also partners with senior leadership in shaping the evolution of the NiCE brand and related marketing strategy.
A 15+ year veteran at NiCE, Catherine is the driving creative force behind many of the agency's most significant achievements. As the lead art director for NiCE's 2D teams, Catherine has overseen a wide range of brand design projects, including SK-II, Dolce & Gabbana, Clairol, and Pantene, among others. Catherine is also known as a gifted mentor, having helped nurture dozens of young designers' design and leadership talents, further adding to her significant impact within the organization.

Davide moved from Italy to New York City in 1987 and founded NiCE in 1993. He currently oversees the agency's four offices from Singapore and frequently travels to work with his teams in New York, Tokyo, and Paris. Davide's unique perspective on global mega-trends is a constant source of inspiration across the agency and a driving force behind NiCE's approach to brand strategy. His passion for exquisite craftsmanship has helped NiCE earn its reputation for precisely executed creative solutions, while his wealth of experience helps inform practices that achieve measurable business results for NiCE's clients.
As Managing Director, Fabian oversees the delivery of world-class brand design while growing relationships with both new and existing clients. With more than ten years of experience in brand communications and design strategy for leading organizations across the globe, Fabian's efforts have helped NiCE Singapore become one of the most respected creative agencies in Southeast Asia.

Ian has 20 years of industrial design expertise and has specialized knowledge of materials and production. Working with NiCE for over 16 years, Ian built the organization's 3D design capability and now oversees the Global offices, instilling the core belief that great ideas are the key to a successful brand. Under his direction, NiCE is uniquely positioned to deliver everything from brand strategy to finished industrial design, graphics, and in-store, all in one agency.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Jacky studied Fine Art at the University of Texas at Dallas and joined NiCE Singapore as a senior designer in 2008. Jacky now manages NiCE Tokyo, where he leads the design team and is responsible for establishing and maintaining the overall creative vision for global brands in the Japanese market and beyond.

Born and raised in Israel, Jonathan joined NiCE in 2005 after completing his graduate-level design studies at the Portfolio Center in Atlanta. At NiCE, Jonathan has led the vision, strategy, identity, and design for internationally acclaimed brands such as Dunhill, Mont Blanc, Puma, and SK-II. Always focused on inspiring our teams to work together to deliver excellent creative solutions that drive business results for our clients, Jonathan relocated to NiCE Singapore in 2011 and is now an Executive Creative Director across brands.
