Brad has a background providing IT services to small and medium businesses spanning well over a decade. A specialist in all things Microsoft, Brad is our resident process automation guru and expert lego wall creator.
As our Customer Success Manager, Briar ensures project management runs smoothly, regular communications are a must and no challenge is too difficult to make our clients feel part of the Ohnyx family.
Based in the Masterton office Elena offers everyone a cheerful welcome. Her administrative roles go back 10+ years in both big and small companies. In her spare time she enjoys getting outdoors and exploring the hidden gems the Wairarapa has to offer.
Since joining the Ohnyx crew as a junior technician in 2018, John has come a long way and is now a key component of our technical team in the Wairarapa. As a hardware specialist, you'll often find him in the background of our client quotes as well as being on the frontline of technical support.
Kelly and his family are new to the Masterton area. He has worked in a variety of IT companies in Sydney and Auckland, learning a variety of skills. No problem is too big to handle.
With years of IT experience, Laurel is one of our resident Microsoft experts and client favourites. She's an ace in the Microsoft certifications and ensuring she stays ahead of any technology developments.
Mike joins Ohnyx as the resident business geek with a wealth of experience as both a business owner and manager across a diverse range of industries. Mike is passionate about delivering customer experience and is striving to ensure Ohnyx builds upon its best-in-class reputation for service delivery, while also working towards making it one of the best places to work in the region.
Naresh has covered a few different roles in his career including customer service, splicing fibre for Chorus as an ICT fibre technician, and diving into the Microsoft world as a Desk Analyst for Spark. He joins Ohnyx to further his IT skills and build strong relationships with our clients. When he is not working he is an avid sportsman with a keen interest in cricket. He is family man local to Wellington, and enjoys getting out and about finding new experiences.

In 2022 Philip moved from a local electronics manufacturer to join Ohnyx as Technical Manager. He spends his time ensuring the technical development and services continue to deliver the excellence Ohnyx is known for. When he's not working he's out tramping, watching local football, reading, spending time with family, or playing some video games.
