In collaboration with the State of Idaho, it is Optum Idaho's mission to transform the outpatient mental health and substance use system to help people reach recovery. Optum Idaho is NOT a mental health or substance use disorder provider. However, we can help you and your family identify a provider to help you with your individual health needs...
