Avi leads the research and engineering teams at Phinergy, and has broad experience in technology research, both in commercial companies and academia. With expertise in electrical design, software engineering and mechanical engineering, Avi is skilled at managing multidisciplinary projects. Avi holds an engineering degree and PhD from the Technion (Haifa), and has previously worked for IBM, Intel, and NEC Labs.

Aviv Tzidon is an accomplished entrepreneur who has founded over 10 high-tech companies, three of which have been listed on NASDAQ and one on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. A creative, out-of-the-box thinker, he holds over 15 patents, many of which have led to breakthrough innovations in various industries (such as positioning systems, network protocols, navigation accuracy, and virtual studios). Aviv is passionate about alternative energies and believes that thanks to metal-air technology, aluminum will become the next major sustainable energy source.

David brings to Phinergy his long and valuable experience in sales management and the commercialization of new technologies. Having joined Phinergy in January 2017 as VP Business Development, in August 2018, he was nominated as CEO of the company, with an emphasis on commercializing its unique technology. Between 2003 and 2017, David worked at RADA Electronic Industries, where his last position was as head of one of the company's strategic business units, leading the engineering, marketing, and sales teams.

Dekel leads Phinergy's innovation activities and oversees the company's growing patent portfolio. He has very broad experience with the management of R&D teams. From 2004 to 2008, Dekel served as CTO and VP R&D of BVR Systems. Prior to this, he was an IP consultant for a number of high-tech companies. Dekel holds over ten patents (granted and pending) and graduated as a computer engineer from the Technion (Haifa, Israel).

Emmanuel leads Phinergy's business activities, focusing on telecom and commercial & industrial partners. Prior to joining Phinergy in 2011, Emmanuel was a senior consultant at OC&C Strategy Consultants in Paris, focusing on Energy, Defense and Consumer Goods. Emmanuel holds an MBA from ESCP Europe, an M.A. in International Economics from the Sorbonne, and an LLB.

Hagay leads operations and manufacturing at Phinergy, and has extensive experience in operation and production in multidisciplinary companies. Hagay worked at DIP-TECH, where his last position was operation manager, in which he led production, engineering and logistics. Hagay holds B.Sc. in mechanical engineering and an MBA, both from Ben Gurion University.

Judith leads Phinergy's business development activities with particular emphasis on the Indian market, within the framework of Phinergy's strategic partnership with Indian Oil Corporation. Prior to her current position, Judith was business development director at Phinergy since joining the company in 2011. Before that, Judith held strategic positions at the financial department of L'Oreal Israel, and in the corporate finance department of Iliad (Free) in France. Judith holds an MBA from HEC Paris and an M.A. in diplomacy and security from Tel Aviv University.

Liza heads Phinergy's finance and investor relations activities. Prior to joining Phinergy, Liza served in several finance positions, leading assurance engagements with private and public companies from the technology and retail industries. Liza holds a B.A. degree in business administration and accounting from the College of Management Academic Studies in Israel and she is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Sharon leads all human resource aspects within Phinergy. She has extensive experience as an internal HR and, as an external consultant in organizational behavior, she has led organizations through changes and internal processes. Sharon holds a B.A. in sociology and anthropology and an M.Sc. in organizational behavior from the Recanati Business School, Tel Aviv University.
