Aaron has been working in private practice as a physiotherapist since 2016 after graduating from the University of Sydney with a Masters of Physiotherapy. Before this, Aaron studied at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst, graduating with an honours degree in Exercise Science in 2012. He is currently studying a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy. Through a combination of hands-on treatment and exercise, Aaron draws on his experience as a physiotherapist and Exercise Scientist to get his clients back to full strength and the activities they love.

Alongside his work as a physiotherapist, for the past five years Aaron has applied his love of strength and conditioning through his work as a CrossFit Level 2 Instructor, teaching people to move and share his passion for exercise.
Having moved away to study and work, Aaron has returned to the highlands to enjoy raising his growing family.
Aaron graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2022 from the University of South Australia. His passion for sports, conversation and helping others has always drawn him towards working in Physiotherapy. Furthermore, the challenges of every patient having their own unique conditions, injuries and experiences has kept Aaron striving to further his knowledge within the profession.
Aaron's treatment philosophy is based on the belief of having a healthy balanced combination of hands-on treatment and self management. He is also a strong believer in the large contribution that mental health can have on a patient's symptoms and conditions, especially with someone who is suffering from a chronic condition.
Aaron's areas of interests are;
I grew up in the Ulladulla region before moving to Sydney to study Occupational Therapy at ACU. I moved back to my hometown over 6 years later where I continued to work and gain experience in adult and paediatric therapy and mental health therapy in the community.
Adam graduated from Queensland University of Technology in 2019 with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology. Since then, Adam has worked as an Exercise Physiologist in Brisbane. Then moved to Hervey Bay in early 2021 to continue his career progression.
Adam has gained experience in treating people with a variety of conditions such as general musculo-skeletal injuries, chronic pain, arthritis, pre and post orthopaedic surgery, neurological conditions, diabetes and he has a special interest in cardiac and respiratory disease.
Outside of work Adam enjoys, cycling and running, as well as camping, hiking and 4WDing. Adam and his wife have recently moved to Hervey Bay and are keen to explore the hidden gems the Fraser Coast has to offer.

Adam graduated with Honours from The University of Melbourne in 1998. He has worked extensively in private practice across Melbourne, Geelong and the Surf Coast, including several clinical management roles where he has been responsible for mentoring and supervising the development of graduate physiotherapists.
As Physiotherapist of the Williamstown Football Club for 13 years and VFL State Team Physiotherapist in 2001 and 2002, Adam has gained vast experience with the physiotherapy management of AFL, VFL and local footballers.
Adam's involvement with the Melbourne University Low Back Pain Research Team in the Specific Treatment of Problems of the Spine (STOPS) Group has fostered a clinical interest in the management of low back pain and spinal conditions with an evidence based approach.
Adam's own sporting pursuits include Victorian representation in field hockey from U13 to U21 level, participation in Victorian Institute of Sport Development squads, success at the U17 Australian Championships and at State League One Level in Melbourne.

Hello! I am Ahmad, I completed my graduation in Doctor Of Physiotherapy (DPT) which is a 5 years bachelors program in 2021 since then I have been working as a Physiotherapist with passion and dedication I have over 2 years of experience in the field of Physiotherapy. I am experienced in all aspects of Physiotherapy and have worked in different hospital wards including (ICU, Neuro and orthopaedic surgery, Gynaecology and Medical wards). I have also worked in OPD to assess and diagnose the patient properly and make the perfect treatment plans. I have a special interest in Musculoskeletal and Neurological conditions. During my bachelor's program, my research work was on the Assessment of Physical activity and its Effects on the cervical region among students.
I am not just passionate about my field but I work genuinely so that my work can impact a person's life and he/she can again take part in daily life activities and get rid of pain. During the treatment of a patient, my main focus is on treating the patient with background knowledge and applying the latest research with evidence-based practice. My main emphasis is not to just treat the symptoms of the patient but the real cause of that problem I help the patient to get rid of the cause of the problem by listening to them and educating the patient about the problem concisely and precisely because I believe that good communication between the patient and physiotherapist can be helpful in treatment perfectly.
Outside of work, I love playing sports especially cricket I was a medium fast bowler for my college team. I love cooking food, travelling and exploring new places. Sometimes I love to listen to good music with a calm and quiet natural view. I look forward to meeting you.

Aimee completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at University of Melbourne, and Bachelor of Biomedicine at Victoria University.
Aimee has experience in injury rehabilitation and return to sport programs. She also has experience in rehabilitation of neurological conditions such as Stroke, Gillian-Barre Syndrome and Parkinson's Disease.
Aimee works as a Rehabilitation Physiotherapist for Western Bulldogs VFLW & Albanvale Netball Club.
Outside of the clinic, you will find Aimee on her Paddle board or at a local Cafe. She also enjoys spending her spare time running, at the gym or watching sport.
Alan is a locally trained physiotherapist whose treatment is focused on hands-on manual techniques combined with a personalized exercise program. He completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland with First Class Honours and is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Philosophy Program.
Outside of his professional work, Alan climbs weekly at Kangaroo Point Cliffs in Brisbane. A keen rock climber, Alan involves himself in events hosted by Sport Climbing Australia and Urban Climb and has assisted with onsite coverage for immediate response climbing injury assessment and treatment.

Alana graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2020. She has always had an interest in hand therapy and spent time volunteering in a hands clinic to expand her knowledge during her undergraduate years. She completed a hand therapy clinical placement in her final year of study which further spurred her passion for the area. Alana started her career as a new graduate physiotherapist at Royal North Shore Hospital, gaining experience working across many different areas including Intensive Care, Musculoskeletal, Neuro, Orthopaedics and Fracture Clinic.
Alana is an associate member of the AHTA. She is eager to gain more experience in hand therapy by working together with our knowledgeable therapists and hand surgeons.
Outside of work Alana enjoys waterskiing and spending time with her big family!

Alec completed his Masters of Physiotherapy Studies at The University of Queensland, having previously graduated from a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Science. Stemming from an Athletics, Volleyball and AFL background, he has a key understanding regarding the importance of sports specific rehabilitation and prevention.
While Alec has developed a keen interest in sporting injuries and young athlete rehabilitation, he enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities to assist them in achieving their functional goals.
Alec has amounted experience working with the AFL Umpires, Morningside AFC and UQ Rebels Touch Football Teams. Away from the clinic, he loves heading out to the golf course, playing AFL, Skiing and growing his vinyl record collection.
Aleesha is no stranger to our clinic! Before finishing her Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) in 2021, Aleesha was working here as an allied health assistant which made for a very easy transition into a physiotherapist. Aleesha has a special interest in sport and paediatric physiotherapy and regularly takes our Fitmum classes. In her spare time, you will find her at the hockey fields or at training.
Aleisha graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from Central Queensland University in 2021 and previously worked as an Allied Health Therapist for us before starting as an Occupational Therapist in 2022. She has a keen interest in paediatrics and believes in early intervention for young children and children in school. She thinks teaching young children new or lost skills that will support them in school or home is extremely important. In her spare time, Aleisha loves spending time in the kitchen and baking!
Alex graduated from the Australian Catholic University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy after completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in accounting from QUT in 2018. He has a special interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, particularly sports injury rehabilitation, pre & post-surgery, chronic pain and injury prevention.
During his studies, Alex has worked with several sporting teams including Wilston Grange AFC, Norths Rugby Union and the Brisbane Bandits.
With a background in competitive swimming, Alex is passionate in utilising evidence-based treatment to help individuals reach their goals.
Alex completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy at the University of Melbourne in 2018 and her postgraduate certificate in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy in 2021. During the course of her studies, she had a range of experience from acute hospital care all the way through to animal physiotherapy! Alex was also involved heavily in furthering student education and is passionate about helping people increase their knowledge.
Alex's interest in pelvic health began during her DPT studies, and she is very keen to keep learning and progressing in this field. Her particular interest is pelvic health in athletes of all types and plans to undertake as much further education and qualifications as she can. To this end, Alex was invited to complete her Masters of Pelvic Health at the University of Melbourne in 2022, which she begins in July! Alex is very passionate about helping men and women return to activities, sport and elite sport after pelvic floor injury or dysfunction.
Alex was born and raised in Mornington but has spent the last 16 years living elsewhere so is very excited to be working back in her home town. Outside of work, Alex lives in West Gippsland with her horses, dogs, cats and partner, and is in the long process of renovating a 1930's farmhouse!

Alex graduated in 2014 from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy achieving First Class Honours for his research on muscle adaptation of the trunk and hip in elite throwing athletes. Since graduating, Alex has worked in the private practice setting and the in-patient department at the Mater Private Hospital and has experience in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal and post-surgical orthopaedic conditions.
Furthermore, Alex has worked with the Brisbane Roar FC A-League team and has gained invaluable experience in the rehabilitation of football injuries. Currently, he is the physiotherapist for the Queensland Lions FC NPL Men's team. His time working in football has led Alex to have a special interest in lower back and lower limb conditions.
Alex is a certified Pilates Instructor and is currently involved with the Clinical Pilates program at Allsports Forest Lake.
In his spare time, Alex enjoys traveling, camping and staying fit at the gym.
Alex graduated from Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. He previously pursued a career of semi-professional tennis at a national level and spent time working with and developing upcoming junior tennis players.
It was through positive influences from physiotherapists in previous sporting injury rehabilitation that led him to pursue a career in physiotherapy. Alex's particular clinical interests include acute injury management, musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, pre and post-operative rehabilitation as well as exercise prescription for the management of chronic musculoskeletal conditions throughout the lifespan.
Outside of the clinic Alex enjoys keeping an active lifestyle and spending his time in the outdoors on bushwalks, chasing waterfalls or spending relaxing weekends at the beach
Alexa graduated from Griffith University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Since this time, Alexa has gained a wide range of experience in the private practice, hospital and community settings.
Alexa's clinical expertise encompasses a diverse range of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, orthopaedic injuries and post operative management, cardiorespiratory and neurological conditions (e.g., Parkinson's disease), and vestibular conditions (e.g. BPPV).
Alexa has a passion for helping others to reach their goals and better their health through combining patient-centred treatment with the latest evidence-based practice. Outside of the clinic you will find Alexa either in the gym or catching some sunshine at the beach.
