Paul has a B.A. (Hons.) in Sociology and Psychology and LL.B. from Queen's University, and an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Toronto. He is a member of the Ontario Bar and has been certified as a specialist in corporate and commercial law by the Law Society of Upper Canada. Paul is a fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, and has completed the Canadian Securities Course and Harvard University Negotiation Workshop. He has lectured at the Ontario Bar Admission Course and has been part of the training team for the Canadian Bar Association contract writing course for Cambodia bar admission students in Phnom Penh and for members of the Laos Bar in Vientiane...
