He graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 1987 and started career in Special Steel Limited (Tata Group Company) where he worked in Wire Rod Mill at Boisar near Mumbai for four years in operation and maintenance. In 1992 he was transferred to green field projects of Cold Rolling Mill Complex at Boisar for Project execution and then promoted to operation and maintenance of Mills. He left Tata in 1996 to join Flat Product Equipment in the Project Department as Asst. Chief Manager. He rose to DGM level in 2005 and during this period he successfully handled project in India and abroad. For a brief period of 2006-2008, he joined Morgan India and executed JSW and JSPL projects. He was called back by the management of Flat Products to work under a new management CMI in 2008 where he joined them as VP projects. He was promoted as Director Projects in 2012 and became in charge of Project, Erection, Commissioning and Design departments. He joined Pradman as CEO in 2012.
Manoj heads our manufacturing department and he also worked in Morgan India in manufacturing and purchase departments. He is a Mechanical engineer with 28 years of experience.
Nelson has an experience of 28 years in the field of engineering in Quality Control and heads this division in our company. His thorough technical knowledge is quite helpful for the development of various components required by our clients. He is also our Product Development Manager and MR for ISO. He worked for Morgan India for 7 years before joining Pradman in 2011.
He has completed engineering from the USA, he did his internship at Morgan USA. Morgan USA were the pioneers and inventors of Wire Rod Mill and had a background of more than 100 years. On his return to India, Nikhil and his father Mr. Pradip Bhatia became the co-promoters for Morgan USA's Indian venture - Morgan India in 1998. Starting from Zero in 1998 , Morgan India became a Rs 275 Crores company in 2008, when it was sold out to Siemens- VAI globally . During such short tenure of 10 years, Morgan India successfully executed 5 big projects in India contributing a total volume 4.8 Million tonnes of finished rod and bars for Tata Steel, JSW and JSPL.During this period the company acquired the Manufacturing standards of Morgan USA.
Vijay has experience of over 19 years in handling Industrial sales. He is our Business Head for Steel vertical and is responsible for PAN India as well as GCC countries for Sales of Steel products including our own manufacturing products along with our various foreign representation companies. He heads a team of Sales Managers and Engineers across India and is very instrumental in many product developments for our clients to reduce the dependability of OEM. He is the key person for all our clients in our business with them.
