Proco Manufacturing has been acquired by Pentagon EMS of Beaverton, OR. Pentagon is a CNC machine shop whose focus has been tooling and fixturing for printed circuit board manufacturers. The acquisition represents an opportunity for Pentagon to expand its production machining capabilities as a compliment to its tooling business.
