Since opening its doors in 1970, Richworth has grown to a permanent staff of nine including five servicemen, two apprentices and two office administrators... The company policy and the underlying foundation of its success has been specifically the ongoing training of apprentices and in sharing the skill base so that now more than 35 years on, customers can rely on any member of the Richworth team to install and service the full range of equipment.
