I have been working in the manufacturing space for more than 30 years, I have a great passion for my job and currently manage two Sites in the SW Region. Both Mills have different processes and the end game is the same, we strive for a safe work place, delivering a World Class Product backed up by technical expertise which is fit for purpose and ensuring we maintain the highest quality to the customer. I enjoy working with the varied work groups and we all strive to be a team delivering the best we can for both our shareholders and our customers. I enjoy leading my teams and helping them grow in their areas of expertise to help them fulfil their objectives and deliver great results.

Started out helping out my uncle on a small Jersey stud in a six walk through dairy, when I was young and that is where the passion for farming took hold.

I am a sales and nutrition account manager with Reids who looks after a portfolio of customers, providing them with tailored nutritional advice complementary to their individual needs on farm. I have always been involved in the agricultural industry, mostly specifically the beef supply chain, and prior to Reids I worked at a university assisting with livestock research trials.
I have over 25 years' experience in human resources management, many of which have been spent been working with fast-growing SMEs moving into the next phase of their development. I have a generalist background and have worked in a wide range of industries in HR at strategic, operational and individual levels.
As HR Manager at Reid Stockfeeds, I'm responsible for leading and achieving the company's people strategy and overseeing organisational development, HR operations, HR compliance, management development, recruitment, employee engagement and retention.
I have spent 25 + years working in the transport and logistics industry. I have experience in FMCG , Retail and Linehaul sectors. At Reid's my role is ensuring we are compliant with NHVR Fatigue and Mass Management regulations. Driving efficiency through identifying cost saving initiatives and operational improvements is also one of my responsibilities.

After completing my Ag Science degree, I did a Post-graduate Diploma in Applied Science in Agriculture (dairy farm management) at Massey University NZ.

Chief Financial Officer and Chartered Accountant with deep experience in public practice, professional services, investment banking and asset management across many countries. Senior leader and change agent, experienced in taking companies through significant periods of transformation while embedding a positive culture.
My role is to help the business steer the right direction for both short and long-term sustainability, improve the way we operate and govern the business, support our people and grow in a profitable way. From regional NSW farming areas, my business experience crosses agriculture, financial services, insurance and investment sectors, with responsibilities including leading strategy, customer management, sales, finance, innovation and organisational change. A geophysicist by training, I worked in the resources industry before 20-years in investment banking and financial services, then returning to agriculture as Chief Development Officer executive at GrainCorp and leading Charles Sturt University's AgriPark Innovation precinct. I now enjoy working with Australia's agri-food innovation sector and start-up community - as a mentor, business coach, strategy advisor and investor.
Have been in a maintenance role for 42 years starting as a apprentice Fitter and Turner at V-Line in the early 80's. After completing my apprenticeship moved into the maintenance field with Bonlac Foods at Camperdown for a couple of years then had the opportunity to start with a earthmoving company JJ McDonald and Sons Diesel mechanic and driving anything from Dozers, excavators scrapers etc and transporting them to various sites from Victoria to far north QLD. After a few years and all the traveling I decided to come home to my family and started with a General Engineering company, Coweld Engineering fitting and maintaining feed systems for Dairy's in the early 90's, this was my introduction to grain milling. Was approached by Ray Langdon in May 1994 to start work with his company (Langdon Produce) in the maintenance and built anything from Roller mills, Auger systems, Grain semi trailers and Project management over the two sites and maintaining the truck fleet. In 2006 I met Ian Reid who got into a joint partnership with Ray to build a new mill at Cobden. So after a few years Ian bought Ray out and I decided to stay on which has lead me from maintenance Manager at Cobden to Maintenance / Project Manager over all of Reid's sites, mash and pellet mills.
