Dr. Greenstreet trained as an arbitrator in the United Kingdom and was elected an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. Since relocating to the United States in 1978, he has practiced as an arbitrator, mediator and expert witness in a wide variety of construction-related cases, and has been a long-term member of the Construction Panel of the American Arbitration Association... In his professional research, Dr. Greenstreet focuses on the relationship between law and the practice of architecture and he has written over 170 articles and papers, many of which have been presented throughout the United States as well as in Canada, England, Turkey, Spain, Puerto Rico, Denmark, the Czech Republic, France, Portugal, Hong Kong, Italy, Poland, and The Netherlands.
