RICHARD ROWLEY

I am a designer and web developer, based in Oxford, UK. My academic background is in early modern English literature and it was whilst researching that I started building academic websites in 2005 - first centres of research, then Oxford Colleges, then university departments and digital humanities projects. In 2012 I co-founded Agile Collective, a web development co-operative, specialising in sites for academic, charity and other third sector clients. I am the Creative Director at Agile Collective and continue to take on smaller projects and print design projects outside of the company... and to teach early modern literature.
