Andrew Palmer is SER's General Manager. This role allows Managing Director Steve Sykes to take a less hands-on approach, freeing up his time for direction and strategy.
Andrew has senior executive level account management and product development experience. For over 23 years he has worked across all aspects of the business from Deal Processing to Account Management. He has managed and developed a finance book of over $500 million. He enjoys forging strong relationships with vendors, funders, and most importantly, our SER staff.
Andrew has travelled extensively, assessing global markets and trends for S.E. Rentals as well as raising funds for important causes. He has conquered Mt Kilimanjaro and cycled through Thailand for SERs' own ChanCes Charity. Andrew's a cricket and rugby tragic, and he regularly sports a mo' in Movember.

- Senior NSW Account Manager
Craig's Account Management role sees him responsible for client liaison and general sales support. Whether it be quoting special rates, fast-tracking approvals or just finalising customers settlements, Craig is on the frontline when it comes to vendor finance. He is often meeting with CEOs, CFOs and Directors demonstrating the benefits of "Sales Aid Finance" and how to sell more easily, using finance as an effective sales tool. A large part of Craig's roll is education and training sales reps through regular contact, incentive programs, and generally answering any queries they may have (and, on occasion, whilst they are right in front of a customer).
As a Northern Beaches boy, when he's not talking finance, he can be found surfing his local break, taking his children to Nippers and watching any sport that involves hitting, kicking, catching or running with a ball.
Internal Systems Officer Daniel McNamara is responsible for supporting and developing Finance Oxygen, as well as supporting our other internal software. He joined us from iSentia, Australia's largest media monitoring company, where he was a client service coordinator.

With over 20 years in the finance industry, David McQueen has worked in a variety of finance roles across the transport and equipment sectors. His experiences with ANZ, Citibank & various Broker businesses have given him the skills for his role with SER.

- Asset Services - Team Lead
Prior to joining SER, Mary worked in program development in the education and non-profit sector. She started working at SER in July 2020 and has quickly worked her way up to be the Asset Services Team Lead.
Mary's role is to oversee and manage deals post-settlement, and with her team they actively manage the portfolio of settled deals assisting vendors with payouts, end of term, client queries, and anything else that might emerge over the life cycle of a deal.
Mary loves collaborating with stakeholders and teammates to resolve queries.
Since moving to Australia, Mary has discovered her calling as a Sydney Rabbitohs fan, but concedes the Boston Red Sox will always hold a special place in her heart. Mary loves hiking and camping and looks forward to her yearly trip back to the States to visit family and friends.

Nancy started at S.E. Rentals in 2011 as the face of the company, the receptionist. Her role included doing payouts & handling customer enquiries and she forged great working relationships with our Vendors. An opportunity came up to move into the deal processing side of the business and Nancy was pleased to take on this new role. As a deal processor she managed part of our NSW vendor portfolios as well as our NT clients. This involved, amongst other things, credit analysis and credit submission to the various funders and settlements.
4 years after Nancy began at SER a new opportunity came up for her to move into an account management role and she accepted without question. As an Account Manager she manages part of our NSW vendor portfolios, which involves building and maintaining our great relationships with clients, vendors and funders.
When she's not at a Rugby League game cheering on her beloved Roosters, Nancy enjoys cooking for her large family and time at the beach in the sun.
As SER's Victorian deal processor, Nicole's role includes submitting vendor deals, seeking approvals, and submitting settlements, all within a timely manner. As well as liaising with our Senior VIC Account Manager and National Credit Manager, Nicole is in daily contact with vendors and funders.
Nicole's an avid reader, loves whipping up exciting dishes in the kitchen, is a fan of most sports, and jumps at the chance to travel whenever possible.

For over 20 years Robyn has enjoyed a variety of roles and responsibilities across the SER administration and Management landscape. These have included Office Manager, Client Services, Contract Management, Debt Collection, Legal, and led her to her current role as Collections Manager. This role is to ensure the required level of compliance, governance and best practices are continually met in effectively managing SER's vendor finance portfolios.
Robyn ensures her team possess both the necessary skill set and essential level of experience to successfully manage and administer an existing portfolio of $200 million. This includes over 10,000 active accounts, along with the opportunity to work alongside nearly 100 vendors spread across Government, Corporate and SME sectors.

Stacee is Client Services Team Leader at SER and is responsible for a number of portfolios. She also manages contract terminations, inertia collection, pay outs and general client queries.
Stacee loves the beach and travelling when she can. She recently returned from a 4 week trip to Italy.
