With Larry Schall's 12 years of City Government experience, 27 years of Design Consulting experience, and now 13 years as a Civil Engineer Expert Witness; Larry is uniquely qualified to consult Individuals and Property owners "directly" on their "Surface and Underground" Infrastructure problems and concerns.
