Most members are residential strata management companies, acting as "agents" for approximately 350,000 strata lot units... Formed in 2000, SPABC is the voice of more than 120-plus B.C. property management companies, specifically residential strata management companies acting as agents for approximately 350,000 strata units. SPABC's purpose is to bring B.C... The Strata Property Agents of British Columbia is an industry association with a mandate to represent the interests and issues of the many strata management companies working throughout the province of B.C. We support the business of strata management.
