T7 draws inspiration from Tower 7…an old lifeguard tower once located on Torrey Pines State Beach in Southern California. Why you may ask? Besides being a happy place from my childhood where I spent countless hours in the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean, this spot sits at the intersection of air, light, and space all essential design elements that we bring to each project.
