Brad Lawrence Epstein

Brad Epstein, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., the founder and Medical Director of Suburban Women's Health Specialists, Ltd., is a Diplomat and Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Epstein completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Chicago, graduating with honors. He then conducted published research in cellular immunology at Michael Reese Hospital. Thereafter, Dr. Epstein continued his studies at the renowned Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago. His post-graduate training followed at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Following graduation, he entered the U.S. Air Force Medical Corp and participated in clinical trials of exercise physiology in military works, having served as the Director of Obstetrics & Gynecology Services at MacDill AFB Regional Hospital. Dr. Epstein has been in private practice for over two decades. He is known for his exceptional surgical expertise and personalized quality medical care. Dr. Epstein spends time nationally and internationally developing our nation's youth. He also gives countless hours providing free medical services & volunteerism. Dr. Epstein has been recognized with national honors including the Distinguished Eagle Scout Award.

Christopher S. Michael

Christopher Michael, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., Medical Director of Suburban Women's Health Specialists, Ltd. is a board-certified physician who specializes in women's health & well-being. Dr. Michael completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Connecticut with a combined major in Molecular Biology and Genetics. He graduated with honors and attended medical school at The University of Health Sciences/ Chicago Medical School. Dr. Michael received his post-doctoral training at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois, and became Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Michael has served as the Department Chairman of Advocate Sherman Hospital and was recently named one of Chicago's Top Doctors in Medicine. Dr. Michael takes an integrated approach to women's care. He has been able to combine his medical background in hormones and genetics with his current passion for individualized patient care. Through extensive research and specialized training, he has achieved expertise in enhancing one's physical, aesthetic, and emotional health.

Melissa J. Miller

Melissa J. Miller, D.O., F.A.C.O.G., is an Osteopathic physician who specializes in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Her training includes additional holistic elements and an emphasis on mind-body integration and the balance of one's health. Dr. Miller completed her undergraduate degree at Elmhurst College with a B.S. in Pre-Med Biology and a B.A. in Philosophy. She attended medical school at Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, and received her post-doctoral training at Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, Illinois where she was Chief Resident. Dr. Miller combines the mind, body, and spirit in an approach that allows her to merge today's medical technology with patient-centered care to maximize the body's tendency toward healing and promoting a healthy lifestyle. Her training has prepared her to deliver the comprehensive approach to care that our patients have come to expect from SWHS physicians. Dr. Miller was raised in Illinois and now resides in the Cary, IL area with her husband and family. "I believe in individualized healthcare for my patients. We discuss the current data and use this to make evidence-based decisions together. I encourage women to empower themselves and take charge of their overall wellness."
