FRANNIE FOUNDATION

The Frannie Foundation was organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. The Frannie Foundation was established in memory of Frances Josephine Scebor, the founder's mother, who passed away on 28 December 2000 from complications of Type II Diabetes and other Cardiovascular related diseases. On 16 July 2010, a new chapter in her legacy began.
