Community Futures Treaty Seven was incorporated in 1990 under the name of Treaty Seven Economic Development Corporation (T7EDC). In 2008, Treaty Seven Economic Development Corporation underwent a name change to Community Futures Treaty Seven (CFT7). The Treaty Seven Chiefs are the Shareholders of CFT7... CFT7 has a dual mandate of Entrepreneurship and Training and Employment. The two programs operate independently under separate funding arrangements with staff dedicated to each, however they work collaboratively on projects and planning... CFT7 is a leader in economic development, employment and training practices, advising and collaborating to build on strengths for success.
