First and Goal, Inc. is dedicated to empowering today's youth. Our mission is to provide the necessary tools, support, and resources for youth that will enrich, equip, and empower them to be effective members of society... First and Goal, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to provide the necessary tools, support, and resources for youth that will enrich, equip and empower them to be productive members of society. First and Goal, Inc, was established in 1999 by former National Football League (NFL) players, Tyrone Smith and Darnell Walker of the San Francisco 49ers. The purpose of First and Goal, Inc. is to provide a unique service in which youth will obtain resources to enhance academic, social, and moral development.
