Bret is a graduate of University of California Santa Barbara and has been in the roofing industry for 5 years where he did extensive private and public works management. Bret is LEED AP Certified holding certifications for Building Design (BD) & Construction (C). He is well versed in single-ply, built-up, composition, fluid applied, roofing systems. His experience includes work in the federal arena including Navy, Army, National Guard, and Veterans Administration projects. He has also done extensive private and public works management. CJ attended Westwood College where he received his degree in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and is responsible for all the CAD drawings in the office. With 10 years experience in the construction field and extensive knowledge of both roof drafting & CAD drafting CJ is a valuable member of our development team.
David is a talented roofer with a broad knowledge of all types of roofing. As job site Foreman David is responsible for the application of the roofing materials, patching, repairing and otherwise maintaining roofs and exterior drainage fixtures. He must also establish priorities and develop schedules for roof replacement and repair as well as order materials.
Maria has been working with TSP from its inception and has extensive experience in all aspects of accounts payable, certified payroll, submittal procedures, federal, state, and local codes and requirements. She has worked extensively in training for all aspects of administrative staff for federal, private and public works projects.
Martin is a highly talented and dedicated employee with extensive experience in the roofing industry. As a TSP Field Superintendent Martin is involved in all aspects of the project from assisting in the development of bid specifications to assigning, inspecting and directing the work of other employees and computing time and material costs for the project.
Michael (Mike) has been in the commercial roofing industry for 25 years and has extensive experience managing all phases of traditional roofing projects from start to finish. Mike specializes primarily in working with private building owners in the commercial, industrial, and REIT markets and has worked on several innovative new technologies including, solar, induction welded, low VOC adhesives and low cost high quality roofing installations. He has an extensive background in quality control and financial & job costing requirements and is QCQ certified.
