Allan is responsible for TRG's growth strategy, both organically and through acquisitions. With over 20 years of global healthcare experience, Allan has held various executive positions in operations management, business and strategic development, and corporate legal and compliance. More specifically, he brings experience helping private companies identify and execute growth strategies for both services and technology solutions that positively impact healthcare outcomes.
Prior to joining TRG, Allan worked at multiple private equity-backed and growth stage companies within the healthcare industry. Most recently, he spent 10 years with Shearwater Health as one of the original four executives who led and transformed the organization from its infancy stage, through multiple successful transactions, to now employing over 3,000 healthcare professionals globally.
Allan lives in Nashville, TN and earned his JD and Bachelor of Science from the University of Mississippi.
Anand P. Lalaji M.D. is the CEO of The Radiology Group, LLC established in 2006. His vision was to offer on and off-site sub-specialty radiology services using state-of-the-art technology, and its proprietary one-of-a-kind "supply chain interpretation model" called TRGASSIST. TRG is now serving 40 states and growing. He has been a board-certified radiologist since 1999. After earning his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center, he completed his internship at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Pennsylvania and his radiology residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in New York. In 2004, he completed a radiology musculoskeletal (sports) fellowship at Wake Forest University Baptist Hospital. Dr. Lalaji is an active member of the Society of Skeletal Radiology and specializes in sports medicine diagnoses. In 2014, he founded Inside Injuries, Inc. the first truly predictive medical analytics firm. Dr. Lalaji has appeared on multiple media platforms, such as FOX, SiriusXM, RotoExperts.com, CBS Radio.
Dr. Tejal Lalaji is a board-certified Radiologist who is fellowship trained in Neuroradiology and Breast Imaging. She completed her residency at Wake Forest University Hospital as well as her Fellowships at Emory University in Atlanta. She is the Chief Medical Officerof the Radiology Group and a Principal on the Board at TRG. She enjoys spending time playing tennis, golf and traveling with her kids.

Michael has been in the medical field for 20+ years. He graduated from Valdosta Technical College obtaining a degree in Radiological Technology and Science. As a Registered Technologist, he worked in several modalities ranging from OR Radiology, Computed Tomography and Radiology Department Leadership. After receiving his BS in Business Administration from Walden University, he made the decision to own and operate a Joint Commission Accredited Hospice and Palliative Care company. Subsequently, he held positions as a Physician Administrator and Facility Manager of a Psychiatric Center. Recently he moving to Atlanta and became a proud member of the TRG team.
