Dr. Maclauchlan received his doctor of medicine from Saba University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in family medicine at Indiana University Methodist Family Medicine Residency Program in Indianapolis, Indiana. He served as chief resident in his final year of residency. Dr. Maclauchlan is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
His clinical interests include preventive medicine, sports medicine, pediatrics/adolescent/adult/geriatric medicine, weight loss, diet and exercise.
Dr. Maclauchlan is a devout Christian, loving husband and father of identical twin boys. He enjoys participating and watching sporting events, including football, basketball, golfing, poker, fantasy football and hiking. Above all he loves spending time with his family and friends and volunteering at his local church.
Dr. Maclauchlan joins Midlothian Family Practice in August 2022.
Amanda Stewart, DNP, FNP-C began her nursing career in 2016, earning her undergraduate degree at Stevenson University in Owings Mills, Maryland. She spent 8 years at the University of Maryland Medical Center gaining experience in critical care and oncology. Amanda went back to school at the University of Maryland, Baltimore to obtain her Doctorate of Nursing Practice.
Amanda is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about providing primary care to patients and their families. Amanda believes in empowering individuals through education about health conditions and treatments to allow patients to make informed decisions and be proactive about their care. She has special interests in both oncology and palliative care medicine.
Amanda was born and raised in northern Maryland. Amanda and her husband moved to Hanover County, Virginia in June of 2023. Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors being active with her husband and black lab and enjoying time with family and friends. Amanda is looking forward to caring for the individuals of Hanover County.

Anand P. Lothe, MD, attended the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He graduated cum laude with honors in his major. He went on to earn his MD from Wake Forest University. While at Wake, he won a research grant from the National Institutes of Health. This led to a scientific publication in which Dr. Lothe is cited as the lead author. He completed his residency training at the Medical Center of Delaware and was certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1999. By continuing his education, he has renewed his certificate with the ABIM through 2019.
Dr. Lothe was also awarded Fellowship in the American College of Physicians in recognition of his commitment to continuing education and teaching of students.
Dr. Lothe has been recognized as a Top Doctor by his medical colleagues when they were surveyed by Richmond Magazine. This honor was bestowed for the first time in 2006, and again in 2008, 2012, 2014, 2016, and 2018.

Angelica C. Gabriel, MPH, MSN, FNP-BC, is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nursing Credentialing Center. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Hampton University and her Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Angelica has almost 15 years of public health experience collecting data for an HIV longitudinal research study domestically then in HIV program implementation in Angola and Tanzania.
Most recently she completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has over 5 years of acute care nursing experience caring for pre- and post-surgical Colorectal, GI Bariatric, Gynecological Oncology, Plastic Surgery, Surgical Oncology and Urology patients. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
Angelica enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and traveling.
Ashley W. Broyles, FNP-BC, is a "double" Duke graduate from James Madison University. After graduating with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing in 2009, she started her career off working in the surgical ICU at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. After three years, she moved back to her hometown of Richmond, VA to be with her family and now husband.
She has worked over five years at the bedside in the cardiothoracic surgical ICU at an area hospital. Additionally, she went back to school in 2014 with hopes to help patients similar to the numerous ICU patients she had cared for over the past eight years whom lacked in preventative care and education. She graduated with her Masters in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in May 2017.
Ashley originally joined Midlothian Family Practice in December 2017 and transfered to Cold Harbor Family Medicine in February 2023.
Barbara M. Prillaman, MD, is a native of Hopewell, VA and completed her undergraduate work Summa Cum Laude at James Madison University in 1986 with a dual B.S. degree in Chemistry and Biology. She received her M.D. degree in 1990 from the Medical College of Virginia.
Prior to joining the practice in July of 1993, she finished a three year residency program with MCV, at Hanover Family Practice where she served as Chief Resident in her third year. She and her husband, Cliff have a son and a daughter.
Connor Sheehan, MD, was born in Fairfax, VA but spent most of his childhood in the Fredericksburg/Stafford area. He graduated from The College of William and Mary and attended the Medical College of Virginia, where he received his medical doctorate. Dr. Sheehan trained in family medicine at the VCU affiliated Shenandoah Valley Family Practice Residency.
Family medicine is his passion and believes in taking care of the entire family, from children to parents and grandparents, which is a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive holistic care. Dr. Sheehan and his family are very excited to return to the Richmond area.
Dr. Sheehan joined Midlothian Family Practice in the summer of 2024.

Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice, Dr. Micah T. Houghton is committed to providing exceptional care in all aspects of family medicine. He has special interests in preventive care pediatrics, sports medicine and treatment of chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. Dr. Houghton received his Bachelor of Science in Biology, graduating magna cum laude, from the University of Richmond in 1989 and his Doctor of Medicine from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in 1995. He served Hanover Family Physicians as an intern, a resident and the Chief Resident.
To continually improve his education in family medicine, Dr. Houghton is a member of the American Medical Association, the Medical Society of Virginia, the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Houghton is married with two children and has volunteered on eleven medical mission trips to the Dominican Republic.
Georgi Fox, MSN, FNP-BC joined Virginia Physicians, Inc. in October 2023. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) and received a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia. Additionally, she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Kinesiology from The College of William and Mary in 2016, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from George Mason University in 2017.
Grace Boyle, DO, is a native of Midlothian, graduating from Cosby High School. She attended Virginia Tech for undergraduate and then completed a health sciences post-baccalaureate program at VCU. She then moved to Denver, Colorado to attend medical school at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine. After medical school, she remained in Denver to complete a 3-year residency in Internal Medicine at Sky RIdge Medical Center. She moved back to the Richmond area in August of 2024 with her husband and son to be closer to family and to have the opportunity to practice medicine where she grew up.
Dr. Boyle joined Midlothian Family Practice in October 2024.

M. Lee Blackburn Jr., MD, began his career with Hanover Family Physicians in 1989. He earned his undergraduate degree and Doctor of Medicine from the University of Virginia. He completed his internship in family medicine at the Medical College of Georgia and his family medicine residency at the Wake Forest University Bowman Gray School of Medicine.
Dr. Blackburn is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He also holds Certificates of Added Qualifications in Sports Medicine and Geriatrics.
While practicing with Hanover Family Physicians, Dr. Blackburn also taught in Virginia Commonwealth University's Medical College of Virginia Family Practice Residency Program from 1989-2005. He continues to hold the rank of Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at VCU/MCV.
In addition to his practice with Hanover Family Physicians, Dr. Blackburn serves as the team physician for Hanover High School football, volunteers at The Cheryl Watson Memorial Free Clinic and travels to Haiti to provide medical care. Dr. Blackburn is thankful for the long term relationships that he develops with his patients and the role that he can play in helping them to live healthy lives.
Matthew L. Jones, MD, joined Cold Harbor Family Medicine in August 2005. His undergraduate degree is from University of North Carolina at Asheville and he attended medical school at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Jones completed his residency at Chesterfield Family Practice.

Patricia M. Ryan, MD, was born in York, Pennsylvania. She has been a resident of Mechanicsville since 2003. An alumna of Boston University-Sargent College, she earned her M.D. degree at Penn State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in 2000.
Dr. Ryan served in private practice and worked at Patient First before joining Cold Harbor Family Medicine. Dr. Ryan is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Robert J. Dausch, MD, received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, graduating summa cum laude, from James Madison University. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Maryland Medical School and his board certification in Internal Medicine from the Medical College of Virginia.
As an internist, Dr. Dausch has a special interest in not only preventative care, but also caring for the chronic conditions that effect the health of adults, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problem and breathing issues.
He had his own practice for over 15 years, but left it to work a reduced schedule to care for his 2 children after they got out of school several years ago. Running his "daddy daycare" has been a very rewarding experience for him and his family.
Besides spending time with his wife and children, he is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys taking vacations with his family to warm, sunny locations.
Shelbie graduated from Liberty University in 2016. Her nursing experience has been heavily concentrated in Cardiology (Acute Care Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, and focused care of Myocardial Infarction patients), which remains one of her passions.
She obtained her MSN from Liberty University, and completed her post-graduate FNP program at Chamberlain University. Shelbie is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in Cardiac/ Vascular care, and by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about preventative healthcare and evidence-based medicine, and is elated to serve Jesus by serving the people of Hanover and surrounding areas. Shelbie enjoys spending time with her family.

Shelley C. Short, MD, is a native of Lapeer, MI and attended the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. She received her M.D. from the Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA in 1994. She completed a three year residency at Hanover Family Physicians in Mechanicsville, VA.
She is board certified in Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Medical Society of Virginia. She is married and has 3 children.
Shweta Majhi, MD is an experienced physician with 10+ year as a primary care doctor. She completed her residency at VCU-Chesterfield family medicine. She has been treating patients in the Richmond area ever since. She is a Board Certified physician by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). She has a particular interested in the management of women's health, chronic diseases management, and geriatrics.
Dr. Majhi joins Innsbrook Primary Care in August 2024 and is accepting new patients.

Stephanie Tyson, MSN, FNP-C joined Virginia Physicians, Inc. in September 2024. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at University of Virginia.
Stephanie has over 14 years of nursing experience in adult orthopedics, labor and delivery, pediatrics, and hospice. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her son and family.
Tammy S. Camidge, FNP-C began her nursing career in 1982, earning her undergraduate degree at SUNYIT in Utica, NY. After gaining experience in surgical, emergency and hospice nursing, she completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Community General Hospital in Syracuse, NY in 1996.
Tammy is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Tammy has a patient centered philosophy, recognizing that providing responsible and respectful care involves considering patient preferences, needs, values and goals in all clinical decision making.
She has spent the last 22 years in a family practice setting in rural upstate New York. Tammy and her husband move to Virginia in November 2018, and she is looking forward to getting to know the residents of Central Virginia.

Thomas M. Hubbard, MD, DDS, is a 1975 graduate of Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, a 1979 graduate of the University of Maryland Dental School and a 1988 graduate of the Medical College of Virginia. He completed an internship in Family Practice at the Medical College of Virginia and residency training in Family Practice in Blackstone, Virginia.
Dr. Hubbard has provided health care services in the Ashland community since 1991. He has served a part-time instructor in Family Medicine at the VCU School of Medicine. Dr. Hubbard is the co-founder of the Cornerstone Free Clinic in Aylett. Along with his wife, he also founded the Hanover Interfaith Free Clinics and now serves as the organization's Medical Director. In 2009 and 2017, Dr. Hubbard was awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award by the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians. He has been featured in Richmond Magazine for service to his community and recognized as a Distinguished Alumna of Randolph-Macon College.
Truc T. Lieng, MD, graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University undergraduate in 2004, and continued to VCU School of Medicine, graduating in 2008 with her MD. She has been practicing family medicine in Chesterfield since 2011. She is also an Associate Clinical Professor, Department of Family Medicine - VCU School of Medicine. Dr. Lieng has an interest in women's health in the family medicine setting.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, landscape painting, reading and traveling.
