Cindy Shingler - VP

Cindy has been involved in nursing organizations since 1985, beginning with the Nursing Foundation of Pennsylvania. Along with her work for the foundation, she became the Executive Director of the Student Nurses' Association of Pennsylvania (SNAP) in 1986, and continues in that role today. SNAP is one of the most active state organizations of the National Student Nurses' Association (NSNA). SNAP has been the proving ground for many national and state nursing leaders. A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Cindy has served in numerous leadership positions within her community. She brings to TLC exceptional organizational and communication skills, and is dedicated to ensuring TLC's clients are given the very best service possible.

David R. Ranck

David is a graduate of Williamsport Hospital School of Nursing, Bloomsburg University and the Pennsylvania State University. After working in staff development and management within the acute care setting, David started his association management background with the Pennsylvania Nurses Association (PNA) as Director of Education and ascended to the position of Executive Administrator. He also served as the first Executive Director and CEO of the Nursing Foundation of Pennsylvania. After serving 15 years with the association, Dsavid was appointed and served as Director of Health Care Programs for the Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) until 1998.
