Dr. Nathan A. Possert

Dr. Nathan A. Possert is a 1998 graduate of East Lake H.S. in Tarpon Springs where he was an accomplished wrestler. After high school he served in the U.S. Navy honorably for 4 years in which he was quarter master and a search and rescue swimmer. After serving in the Navy, he attended St. Petersburg College in Tarpon Springs Florida where he earned an Associate's degree in Arts, graduating with honors in 2004. After graduating, he transferred to the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa Florida where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Athletic training and graduated with honors in 2006. While attending graduate school he was able to work with high school athletes part-time in Pinellas County, FL as an Athletic Trainer for two years. Since graduating with his Doctorate he has worked in the outpatient facility setting fulltime and the hospital setting part-time. Our doctors have many years of experience and are fully committed to helping you feel better as soon as possible!

Farhan N. Siddiqi

Dr. Siddiqi is a board certified spine surgeon and is fellowship-trained in both endoscopic spinal surgery and reconstructive spinal surgery. Dr. Siddiqi holds an MS in Biochemistry from the University of Rochester and received his Medical Degree from Cornell University Medical College. Dr. Siddiqi completed his internship and residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and is a member of the North American Spine Society, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Before co-founding the Trinity Spine Center in 2006, Dr. Siddiqi also completed a fellowship in Endoscopic Spine Surgery at the Desert Institute for Spine Care (DISC) in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Siddiqi continues to be involved in many FDA studies and has authored and co-authored many research papers. Dr. Siddiqi is now also an Assistant professor at the USF Medical School in Tampa, Florida.

K. Riz Saldin

In 1998 Dr. Saldin graduated from medical school in Hungary. He later earned a Master's degree from the University of Texas, School of Public Health in 2005. Dr. Saldin completed various research projects with a number of institutions, including the Baylor College of Medicine, Houston VA Medical Center and the MD Anderson Cancer Center at the University of Texas, where he published many research articles. Dr. Saldin completed his Neurology residency at the Cleveland Clinic in Florida and his chief residency at Duke University Medical Center in North Carolina. Dr. Saldin also completed a Neuroimaging Fellowship with the Jacobs Neurological Institute, and a prestigious Interventional Pain Medicine fellowship at the University of Virginia. Dr. Saldin is one of only 200 physicians in the country to be board certified in both neurology and pain management

Victor M. Hayes

Dr. Hayes is a board certified spine surgeon and is fellowship trained in both endoscopic and reconstructive spine surgery. Dr. Hayes received his Medical Degree from Cornell University Medical College and completed his internship and residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Dr. Hayes is a member of the North American Spine society, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
