Treknow Stores is the old village shop converted into a house and studio. Sunny and spacious, there is room for all kinds of activity. Interiors are minimal contemporary style with some nice ‘classic modern' furniture. There's a large studio on ground floor where the shop used to be and a living/dining/kitchen on the first floor. Two double bedrooms (one with bathroom attached) and one twin, plus sofa-bed and futons in the studio mean that capacity is 9 under pressure. We prefer to say ‘sleeps 6' because that's comfortable and within the ability of modest though efficient kitchen - and the two showers, one bath and two toilets... The house has central heating, woodburner, washing machine and tumble dryer in separate utility space (which is very useful for surf and walking kit), CD/tape hi-fi, TV, DVD player.
