Biography:
Allison joined UWTC in August 2022. She is a graduate of Penn State University (WE ARE!) where she earned her B.H. in Communications. Allison values connection, community, and communication. She is most passionate about the power of communication through media, community engagement and service, and equity for the underserved. As a Pennsylvania native, Allison is an avid Philadelphia sports fan. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports, being active, traveling and spending time with family.

Biography:
Gail joined the UWTC team in August 2018, having worked her entire adult life in the nonprofit sector and previously serving as a volunteer for United Way in both Tompkins and Tioga counties. A lifelong resident of the area, she has worn several hats in the nonprofit world - volunteer, employee, board member, and executive director - in organizations providing services to youth through adults and ranging from education to recreation to professional theatre. A proud alum of Ithaca College, Gail resides with her husband and enjoys having her three grown children and three grandchildren all nearby. Her favorite part of Tompkins County, since childhood summers on Cayuga Lake, is the natural beauty of the area and the warmth of its people.

Biography:
Gregg joined UWTC in December 2021 after 8 years of leadership at YMCAs in Buffalo, Pittsburgh, and Ithaca. He is a proud graduate of both Tompkins Cortland Community College and the State University of New York College at Cortland (Go Red Dragons! Sorry, Ithaca College fans). His professional passions include youth and family programming, diversity, equity, and inclusion advocacy, community-centered philanthropy, and non-profit service. Gregg has spent much of his life here in the Finger Lakes enjoying all that our region has to offer, especially wine, theatre, and natural areas. Family is the central focus of his world beyond work, especially his nieces and nephews.

Biography:
Julie joined the UWTC team in February 2023. She brings to the position over 17 years of experience in marketing and advertising, starting in advertising sales and working her way up to Director of Advertising and Marketing at local newspapers. Julie was born and raised in Tompkins County and holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing with a Humanities background. She is also an accomplished artist and enjoys expressing her creativity through painting. Julie is motivated by her goal to make a positive impact in her community and has had success in building strong relationships and securing resources for the organizations she has worked with. She is excited to continue using her skills and experience to benefit the people of Tompkins County and beyond.
