Xinxiang Highland Pigments Co., Ltd.(XXHP) is a Sino-Foreign co-operative enterprise incorporated in 1994, under the co-operation with the international famous pigment companies of USA and Canada successively, also the co-operative partner & production base of the companies. Its predecessor is the color pigments branch of Xinxiang General Chemical Factory established in 1958. For many years, it has been the director of the lead-chromium pigments branch of China National Coatings Industry Association and the member of China National Coatings & Pigments Standardization Committee. Its products--Shuang Fei brand lead chrome yellow have been appraised as China Famous Brand products. Since the co-operation with the famous foreign pigments companies in 1994, XXHP has introduced & absorbed successively the advanced technology & experience on inorganic pigments' production, quality control and R & D on new products from the companies.
