Clay Fouts, the founder of West USA Realty, originated its first office in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1986. West USA Realty has become one of Arizona's largest real estate firms and the nation. Lisa joined West USA Realty in 2017. Specializing in land and industrial transactions she brings over 10 years of real estate expertise including entitlement, construction, development, and finance. Throughout Lisa's career, she has represented investors, developers and builders seeking development and investment opportunities in Arizona. As a long-time entrepreneur Lisa prides herself in strong work ethic and a high level of business acumen whereby establishing trustworthy and long-term business relationships with her clients is her number one priority.
