Since joining Washington St. Partners in 1992, Bill has overseen a diverse portfolio of more than 35 projects and multi-million dollar budgets. He coordinates and manages all commercial and residential projects, and provides construction administration and scheduling services.

Since joining Washington St. Partners Jim has been integral in multiple real estate transactions and procurement of third party business.
In 2001, Jane joined Washington St. Partners as comptroller. She is responsible for the finances for more than 20 companies within our portfolio. She oversees the budgets of multiple multi-million dollar development projects and real estate holdings.

John Mahar joined Washington St. Partners in 2017 and is responsible for construction and engineering throughout the diverse WSP portfolio.
In 1990, Joe Hucko founded Washington St. Partners, Inc. as a full service real estate development, management, and brokerage company. He is active in all aspects of the company's operations and manages the company's existing portfolio while continuously searching for future opportunities.
In 2018 Michael John brought a handmade marketplace concept to the Washington St Partners portfolio, which grew into Wildflowers Armory and the McCarthy Mercantile. He since has joined our team as the director of marketing.
Mike is responsible for all day to day maintenance operations along with coordinating maintenance tickets submitted by tenants portfolio wide. He brings years of hands on experience in multiple facets of the inner workings of maintenance systems. Mike is also a US Army Veteran.
In 2018, Pat joined Washington St. Partners where he manages 1,000,000 square feet of diverse portfolio property. Pat was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2021 where he serves as oversight of all management, leasing activities, and company initiatives under WSP
Since 1990, Tony has been providing property management services to WSP, which includes building operation and construction. In addition to his responsibilities he is the General Manager of our Merchants Commons, a mixed space urban property in downtown Syracuse.
