My name is Aura Liesveld. I am Engineer, an artist and an inventor. I find delight in finding solutions to the inconveniences that we encounter in our daily lives. As I matured in age, it became necessary to use reading glasses. To my surprise, they are rather inconvenient to use. I was always losing them and I could not find them when I needed them. So I decided to hang them from my neck with a: string, cord, and chains. Sure enough, they were with me all the time, but they were in the way while I was doing other activities that did not require the usage of glasses. They put pressure on my neck and I developed head aches. Not a good solution. Then I decided to have a pair of glasses in a case in each room my house in a convenient location. The head aches were gone, but if I were to be in a different location, I did not have glasses either. I put them in my pockets, but they were inconvenient, got dirty and scratched.
