Anne Oberon is a Learning and Development specialist and Executive Coach with over twenty years' experience gained in a variety of sectors: private, public, non-profit, and military. She was, until recently, an Account Manager with the Leadership and Development Division at Pearson Education. After an early career in Engineering Job Costing for Unilever, and as a Management Trainer at the Engineering Training Authority, she went on to become Head of Learning & Development at Equifax Ltd . She has also held a senior position at Capita Leadership & Development as well as managing an independent consulting practice for ten years. Anne is author of Hollywood Lessons in Leadership ™, a research based study of leadership based on story narrative in Film and TV drama. She also holds the Baroness Platt Equal Opportunities Training award for her work with Executive Women. Equally comfortable as a project leader, a team player, or working autonomously she brings a commercial focus and an enthusiastic ‘can do' attitude to the management and provision of L&D and Coaching services.
