ADVENTURE SUBARU - Key Persons
Before Adventure Subaru, Abigail worked in the field for agriculture, as well as ran a warehouse for children's toys. She enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
Alex managed an auto parts store before joining the service team at Adventure Subaru. He has a passion for working on cars and Subaru is one of his favorite companies. In his spare time, he likes to work on his project car that he's turbocharged and built for racing.
Alex isn't new to the car business, bringing with him years of experience in the industry. What originally brought him to Adventure Subaru was the purchase of his Crosstrek. He had such a good experience here that he fell in love with the culture and team. We're glad he's here!
He enjoys spending time with friends and family, fishing, and playing music with his band.
Andre worked as a resolution specialist before joining the team at Adventure, so you know he's motivated to solve any issues that may arise! In his spare time, you'll find him coaching sixth-grade football, or cooking up a great meal. He has seven siblings and listens to all types of music!
Andrea has over 30 years of experience in the Automotive Industry, having started at a Honda dealership in high school as a nighttime receptionist. She progressed through many roles in the retail space including vehicle sales, aftermarket sales, Finance Director, General Sales Manager, and Variable Operations Director. She worked for NCM Associates for five years as a 20 Group Moderator, NCM Institute Instructor, and an in-store retail dealership consultant. She is a talented trainer as well as a staunch supporter of progressive ideals in automotive retail including negotiation-free selling, one-point-of-contact sales models, and non-commission pay structures.
She moved to Northwest Arkansas with her family in 2020, and really enjoys all the outdoor activities that the area offers. Her favorite place to be is exploring a new trail with her trusty sidekick, her german shepherd Scout.
Andrew is also part of the Porter team in our Service drive. He has worked as an event services manager in the past, so he has lots of experience working with customers. We're happy he's here! He enjoys hanging out with friends, has a cat, and not a fan of cheese.
Anthony re-joined our team in 2018, after working for Adventure Subaru many years ago. He's a wealth of knowledge and we're happy he's here. When he's not here, he likes to spend time with his wife, and you'll often find him working on his house, gardening, or enjoying time at the lake.
Anthony is one of the newer members of the sales team, but a seasoned Adventure veteran. You may recognize him as one of our Subaru Senior Master Technicians! He's highly skilled, knows a Subaru in and out, and is very kind. We're excited to have him as part of the sales team as he continues expanding his knowledge of the automotive industry.
Antoine has been with Adventure Subaru for over seven years. He's an integral part of the Detail department and is responsible for ensuring our new and used vehicles are ready for the customer. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his family- (he has six children and twelve grandchildren!), and training his horses.
Baileigh joins the Adventure Subaru Service team with experience in the automotive industry. She's eager to expand her knowledge of the industry and grow her career as a service advisor. In her spare time, she likes to draw, sing, spend time with friends, and watch Netflix. She also has two dogs and a big family!
Blake brings years of experience as a service technician, most recently from Toyota. He enjoys off-roading, spending time outside, and hanging out with friends and family. He also has two huskies!
Blake joined the Service Porter team in September of 2022. He previously worked as a forklift driver before making the switch to Adventure Subaru. He enjoys hiking trails, mountain bike riding, live music, games and long drives.
Bradley joined Adventure Subaru in March of 2020. He recently graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in small business entrepreneurship and a minor in marketing. He's excited to learn new things at Adventure Subaru, and likes the face to face interaction he has with customers. In his spare time, you'll find him golfing, fishing, hunting, or doing anything outdoors, including listening to live music. A self proclaimed foodie, Bradley likes to try all sorts of food and hopes to become a real estate mogul one day.

Brandon is one of our friendly Service Advisors and has been with Adventure Subaru since April of 2019. He's worked in the industry for several years, and brings with him lots of customer service experience as well. In his spare time, you'll find him spending time with his children, whether playing golf, baseball, football, or enjoying time on the lake. He also loves to build things and work with his hands, and is an avid listener of the Joe Rogan podcast.
Brandy works as part of our office team and you'll also often see her as a receptionist at the dealership. She has over fifteen years of experience working in the accounting department in the automotive industry. She values Adventure Subaru's approach to taking care of customer needs first. When she's not at Subaru, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her animals and listening to music.
Brent joined the Adventure Subaru team in March of 2020. He grew up in his family's car business in Amarillo Texas, and prior to joining Adventure, he was operating dealerships in Austin, Texas for many years. Brent has known Mr. Nelms for several years and admired the success and customer-focused philosophy that has always been the cornerstone of Adventure Subaru. He is thrilled to have the opportunity to join the team here and carry on the Nelms tradition of service and community involvement. In his spare time, he likes all kinds of outdoor activities including hiking, cycling, and running. He says he joined the club of those who married up with his wife Andrea. They have four children and most recently have welcomed their first grandchild!
Brett previously worked in sales for a local home recreation company. He enjoys golfing, swimming, playing with his dogs, working out, and watching sports. He's married and has five dogs, two bunnies, and a cat. His favorite foods are Thai and Italian.
Britney has years of sales experience under her belt, previously selling Tuff Sheds in Home Depot stores. She's always been interested in the car business, and we're glad she made the leap to Adventure! She has one son and enjoys spending time with him, whether that be going to cookouts, concerts, floating the river, or watching horror movies.
If you've bought a vehicle from Adventure Subaru in the last several years chances are Lawrence, or Bush, as he's known by, has made sure your vehicle is in tip-top shape. He's a happy-go-lucky guy and we're happy he's here!
Carolyn has been in the automotive industry for well over a decade. Her experience ensures that our administrative office continues to run smoothly! When she's not working, she enjoys walking, hiking and gardening. Her and her husband have two children and two dogs.

Chelsea has been with Adventure since 2020 where she's been a service porter, advisor, and now in her current role as Acquisition Specialist! Selling your car? She's your go-to. Before here, she's worked as a bartender, and in her spare time, you'll find her disc golfing or hanging with her dogs.

Chloee joined in early 2023, as a receptionist. Now she's one of our Delivery Specialists who goes over your new Subaru with you. She came to Adventure after working part-time in customer service. She enjoys reading, drawing, spending time outside, and getting quality time in with family, friends, and her significant other.
Chris has a huge passion for cars and working with his hands. So naturally, working in the automotive industry is a good fit. He enjoys mountain biking, skating, fishing, and going camping.
Chris joined the team in May of 2019, with experience in the industry. He is drawn to his current position by the Nelms tradition of customer focus, transparency and fair dealing. These are easily his favorite things about working at Adventure Subaru. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his family exploring state parks, camping, and being an aspiring author. Chris is also a veteran of the US Air Force having served in Saudi Arabia.
Cindy brings lots of customer service experience with her to Adventure Subaru. She enjoys crafts and painting. She is married and has four boys. She likes all types of music and likes to listen to true crime or comedy-based podcasts.
Cody Prather joins our team with prior experience in the automotive industry. This Jayhawk fan who was born in Lawrence, Kansas, currently resides in Springdale with his wife of over ten years and their son Johan. His proudest accomplishment is becoming a father and in his spare time enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family. Outside of work you can find him playing guitar or taking pictures or maybe even in the kitchen cooking since secretly he is a pretty decent cook.

Conner joined Adventure Subaru after relocating up here from Tyler, Texas. He's worked with the Subaru brand for over nine years, and is a very talented tech! We're glad he chose NWA!
Cristian works in the Express shop, previously being a machine operator. He joined Adventure Subaru because he wanted to work in a field he was interested in, and we're glad he's here! When he's not working, you'll find him working on cars, hanging out with friends, or playing basketball.
Born in Illinois but now residing in Prairie Grove, Dan joins the Adventure Subaru family with an extensive business background within the auto industry as well as owning and running his own business for over many years.
When Dan isn't tearing it up in our Used Car Center, he can be found hunting, fishing, or rocking out on his bass guitar. Fun fact, Dan is skilled in carpentry and woodworking! Dan is a father and has been married for over 15 years.

Darren is a member of the sales team on the Pre-Owned side, joining Adventure in 2019. He has industry experience, and moved from Australia eighteen years ago. After working at another dealership for over five years, he appreciates the people, atmosphere, honesty and transparency our dealership encompasses. He has three children, loves fishing, kayaking, and building and restoring furniture.

Dee is a member of our sales team and brings lots of experience and knowledge to her role. Like many others, she has worn many hats before finding herself at Subaru. She's been a DHS Food Stamp and Children's Medicaid Eligibility Specialist, bartender, sound engineer, restaurant manager, and many more. She thrives on Adventure's customer-first way of thinking and putting people before profit. She loves spending time outdoors with her family, and she has nearly completed section hiking of the Ozark Highlands Trail. She loves live music and is a novice bee-keeper!
Dereck has been with the sales team since early 2019, bringing with him several years of sales experience. Having worked in other dealerships, our transparency and treatment of customers gives him a lot of pride in where he works. He's a good listener, has a very calm demeanor, and can help you find the vehicle that's perfect for you. He's the father of two teenage daughters, enjoys scuba, golf, basketball, and the outdoors.

DeShun is a member of the Detail team, ensuring our vehicles look their best. Before working here, he worked landscaping and had his own side business of detailing. When he's not working, he enjoys playing basketball, spending time with his daughter, and hanging out with family.
Don Nelms has owned and operated automobile dealerships in NW Arkansas for more than 50 years. In 2001 he sold Nelms Auto Park to the Penske Auto Group. He and his wife, Millie moved to Jasper, AR in Newton County and Don began his journey into the world of photography. In the last several years, he has pursued images of nature throughout the Ozarks. He has published 2 slideshows (Fall on the Buffalo & Spring in the Ozarks).

Nelms Gallery was originally located on top of Mount Sherman but moved to the town of Jasper, AR in 2013. It features a large collection of canvas prints of Don Nelms' photography. Don has selected several other artists to feature in the gallery, all inspired by the natural beauty of the Buffalo National River area. The gallery is located just one block off the historic courthouse square in this quaint area.
When he is not exploring the Ozarks or working with State Legislators in Little Rock, he can be found at Adventure Subaru where he plays a critical role in day to day operations.
Dylan has sales experience, previously working in the indoor/outdoor recreational leisure products industry. He enjoys fishing, hiking, playing video games, and hunting. He's the oldest of three boys and has an orange cat named Ollie.
Edgar comes to Adventure Subaru with many years of experience working in customer service, so you can trust that when you speak with him, you are in good hands. We're glad he's part of the newly formed BDC team at Adventure. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors, whether that's bike riding or skateboarding. He loves all types of music and has two cats!
Elmer has been a pillar and familiar face in our sales department since 2015. He has years of sales experience under his belt. He always strives to go above and beyond for customers and ensure they have a positive buying experience. Elmer is an avid golfer, and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Him and his wife Bethany love to travel and have set a goal to see a new country every year!
Eric started in October of 2021, with experience in the tire and lube tech sector. We're glad he's here! When he's not working on cars, drawing and painting are two of his biggest passions. He also enjoys hanging out with friends and cruising around town.
Eric comes to Adventure Subaru with experience as an appliance sales specialist. He got a lot of love for Subaru and wanted a job that aligned with his passion. Eric enjoys working on his car and building legos. He's a big fan of classic rock and older metal, with Black Sabbath being his favorite band.
Evan relocated to Fayetteville after growing up in Austin, Texas. He spent some time selling Subarus at the local dealership, and we're glad he's decided to call Northwest Arkansas home. When he's not working, you'll find him watching and/or playing sports, mostly golf or football.
Evan has an extensive background in sales and customer service, after working for a local cutlery company for the past 14 years. Now, he's excited for the new challenge of working in the automotive sector. He enjoys traveling, (he's been to 14 different countries!), a big outdoors guy, enjoying hiking, floating, and camping. He likes to spend time with friends, family, and his dog Rocky, and eating any kind of pizza from Tiny Tim's.
Fernando works in our detail department. He enjoys hiking, swimming, and playing basketball. His favorite foods are wings and tacos, and he loves all types of music.
Gerardo previously worked as a tire tech at a tire shop before making the transition to the Express shop at Adventure Subaru. He enjoys working on his own cars, working out, playing video games, and hanging out with friends and family. He also has a pet bird!
Hayley is part of our sales team, but has worn many hats at Adventure! She's been part of this organization since 2018 and is well versed in administrative duties, working previously as a billing and title clerk, she worked there for several years, then joined the receptionist team.
She enjoys helping people and appreciates the sense of community and friendship among her coworkers. She likes to read, write, jam to Lady Gaga, and go hiking or swimming. She loves spending time with friends, and her sister, and listening to true crime podcasts.
Heather joined the sales team in March of 2019, with a background in Visual Arts. She holds a Masters of Fine Arts from UNLV in Las Vegas, and previously taught Conceptual Art classes and camps. She loves the people at Adventure Subaru, and is an avid Subaru fan herself. She's been a brand advocate long before she worked here, taking her Forester on many long road trips, and exploring around the country. She spends her spare time working in her studio or garden, or hiking a local trail with her dog.
Hugo is part of the Service Porter team, greeting customers when they pull into the Service drive, getting customer cars delivered, and so much more. He joins Adventure Subaru with experience as a Porter, as well as detail. He's from Fayetteville and says he's always loved Subaru, and it's been a goal of his for a while to work here. Welcome, Hugo!
Hugo was born in California but is proud to call Fayetteville home. Hugo says he's most proud of graduating from Tech School, Subaru School, receiving multiple certifications, but most importantly the work he does every day to keep your Subaru going. He enjoys nothing more than spending time with his family in his spare time and watching football.
Ian's a Team Leader, previously from our finance and sales department, and has years of experience working in the industry. He's been with Adventure Subaru since early 2019. The atmosphere at Subaru is what drew him in, and how everyone works hard and wants to have a good time.
When he's not talking about Subaru, you'll likely find him at the gym, listening to podcasts or music, or playing with his three dogs.
Jake makes a great addition to the Adventure Subaru team. Coming from Clarksville, Jake currently lives in Fayetteville with his wife Brittney and their beautiful twin girls Ella and Emelia.
When Jake's not spending time with his family, he enjoys activities like duck hunting, fishing. Really anything outdoors.
Jared joined Adventure Subaru with experience as a delivery specialist at another retailer. He started here as a Service Porter and is now one of our trusted Service Advisors. He's a great addition to the team and likes to hike, do yard work, play basketball, and mountain bike in his spare time. He's been married for over ten years and has one son.
Jeff joined Adventure in 2019 as part of the service team that gets the used cars ready for the Pre-Owned lot. He plays a big part of this team, and we're glad he's here. Like his other coworkers in that part of the shop, he says he's grateful for the air conditioning in the shop! When he's not working on vehicles, he likes to travel, go boating and shooting.
Jeremy is one of our Service Technicians, joining the crew in 2019. With him, he brings over nine years of experience working in the automotive industry. Like most people here, he appreciates the family atmosphere and positivity in the workplace. When he's not working on vehicles, you'll find him enjoying time outside- whether camping, hiking or riding his sport motorcycle. He also likes reading about history and smoking meats on the weekend for friends and family.
Originally born in Siloam Springs and now a current resident of Fayetteville; Jeremy joins our team with over two decades of auto industry experience. With previous jobs running parts and service departments it was a no brainer that he'd be a perfect fit to run our new detail center. On the occasion when Jeremy finds spare time, you'll find him exploring the great outdoors either hiking, backpacking, or kayaking. Jeremy is truly a perfect fit for our team and we're proud to have him join us here at Adventure Subaru.
Jesus works on the Express side of the Service shop, and before joining the team at Adventure, he was an electrician apprentice. He said he always wanted to work in automotive, but never got the chance until an opportunity to work here came up! In his time here, he's already been awarded the Love Promise Spotlight of the week, exhibiting his hard work and go-getter attitude. Jesus is a welcome addition to the team. His favorite food is his mom's cooking, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, his two children, and playing basketball.
Joe joined Adventure Subaru after his service in the Air National Guard. He's eager to serve the community through Adventure Subaru, and we're excited to have him as part of the sales team. Joe's a musician and a hobbyist in MMA.
Joey comes to Adventure with experience at other retailers in the automotive industry. He appreciates how we do business and the ease of purchasing a vehicle. He enjoys spending time with his kids when he's not at work. He also likes to cook and play softball.
John, or JP as he's called around here, joined the Pre-Owned team at Adventure Subaru in June of 2018, bringing previous automotive experience with him. When asked about what he enjoys most about working for Adventure Subaru, he says the culture here is second to none. We balance having fun and keeping things loose, while maintaining the exceptional customer service NWA is accustomed to. When he's not working, he likes to mountain bike, golf, hike, camp or play wiffle ball with his kids. He and his wife have three children. A fun fact about JP, he once played a part as a coach in the television series Friday Night Lights, as well as played a photo double for Bruce Willis in Planet Terror.
John joined Adventure Subaru in 2020 as a service tech, with several years of experience in the industry. His wife Sydney also works at Adventure! When he's not here, you'll find him enjoying the outdoors, whether that's hunting or fishing or inside playing video games. John is a great member of the team and we're glad he's here!
Jonah is a great addition to the Service drive, greeting you when you pull in. He enjoys spending time outside, whether that's hiking or fishing. He also enjoys working on cars. He has a dog that's part black lab/scottie.
Jonathan began working at Adventure Subaru in our New Sales Department as a Sales Consultant in June of 2016. Before he worked here, he was the coordinator for UREC Outdoors and a doctoral student in Recreation and Sport Management at the U of A. No doubt in his spare time, you'll find him riding his mountain bike or going on adventures with his wife and daughter. He has two miniature Australian Shepherds and he loves coffee!
Jose is part of the Express Tech side, servicing your Subaru when it comes in for regular maintenance. He's always liked Subaru's so when the opportunity came up for him to join the team, he jumped on it. He likes to spend time with friends and family and play video games. He's also a dog lover and has three dogs.
Josh joins the sales crew with experience in sales, working previously as an energy consultant in the solar industry. We're glad he decided to make the switch to automotive! When he's not selling, you'll find him at the lake, and hanging with friends.
JT is one of our Business Managers that help secure loans and review vehicle protection plans. He's been in the car business for over eleven years, serving in sales, finance, and managerial capacities. When he's not working, you'll find him on the golf course, on the water, or putting in miles on his road or mountain bike. He and his wife Lauren have one son, and as a family, they have two dogs.
Julian joined the team in early 2020, moving from Austin, Texas. Julian is one of our friendly service advisors, helping you with your vehicle. Before here, he worked in concrete construction, and also as a recon assistant at a dealership in Austin. He likes the mentality of the work environment here and how everyone is willing to help others. In his spare time he likes to workout and play sports.
Kathy works hard behind the scenes in our Parts Warehouse. She joined Adventure Subaru in October 2019, and has worked in the automotive parts industry for over twenty eight years. In her spare time, she enjoys working in her yard- planting flowers, weedeating, mowing, you name it. It's her place of fun! She loves spending time with her family and has a labradoodle named Sally May.
Kelley began her journey at Sunrise Guitars in 2016, then transitioned to Adventure Subaru in August of 2017. She is a vital member of the team as HR Director. Originally from Little Rock, Kelley has lived in Fayetteville for over thirty years. She's an avid reader and enjoys cooking, and spending time with friends.
Kendall worked in the pool and spa industry in sales for the past couple of years. He loves the friendly atmosphere and the way everyone gets along at Adventure Subaru. When he's not working, you can typically find him out on the golf course. He also enjoys hiking, video games, and traveling.
Kenny has over twenty years of sales experience including selling software and high tech services. He enjoys building long-lasting relationships with friends and customers and loves to make the car-buying experience exciting and enjoyable for everyone.
Kenny can often be found supporting the live music scene because he loves blues, jazz and rock-n-roll to the point of obsession!
Kenny's adventurous spirit has taken him to many beautiful spots: The Virgin Islands to enjoy boating the Caribbean's warm waters and many years in Portland, Oregon where he skied, hiked, camped and fished in the Cascade mountains. Yet one of his favorite spots on earth is right here in the Ozarks where he loves to spend time on the Buffalo River and Lake Ouachita fishing, boating and hanging out with his friends and family. His wife Chava and sons Tate and Jet are his favorite travel companions.
Keon is one of the newer members on the Service Drive, greeting you when you drive in. He has lots of customer service experience, and he's always looking for ways to make your experience at Adventure Subaru just a little bit better. When he's not here, you'll find him at the gym, playing video games, or maybe even Door Dashing. He has lots of nieces and nephews and has two cats.
Kim started at Adventure Subaru as a receptionist, she now works in the new car showroom with our Business Managers as a Finance Assistant. She's a great addition to the team. She enjoys reading, Crossfit, sewing, and shopping for antiques. She has two grown children and four pets!
Kyle joins the sales team with lots of experience in the service industry. He was ready for a change of pace, and to be with a company he could learn and grow with. He enjoys playing golf, hike, and spend time with his wife and two dogs.

Lex started in the car business in 1989 as a Service Technician with Bob Clark Toyota in Springdale. His relationship with a Nelms owned dealership began in 2000 at Nelms Honda and continued with Adventure Subaru in 2002.
Lex is a Subaru Certified Senior Master Technician and a stickler for the finer details of service. He's one of the most knowledgeable folks you'll meet when it comes to Subaru. He's our Warranty Specialist and plays an important role in Service.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching Indy car racing and football.
Liam joined the Service team in April of 2019. Before here, he worked at another large automotive retailer, where he finished his internship for school. He's happy to be a part of a team atmosphere where people are helpful. When he's not working, you'll find him hanging out with friends.

Jennifer is a welcome addition to the Lot Porter team! She enjoys customer service, driving, and multitasking. She likes to bake, cook, garden, decorate, and do arts and crafts. She is married and has two children.
Ryland is part of the Porter team, helping out our new and pre-owned sales department. He enjoys going to the gym and playing video games. He's a pasta and Taco Bell fanatic and likes podcasts about stocks, investing, and Arkansas Baseball.
Luis joins the service technician team and will be primarily working on our used cars that come in from trades and purchases. With years of experience under his belt, you can rely on him to ensure our used vehicles are in good condition. When he's not working on cars, you'll find him playing basketball with his kids, or spending time at their events. His favorite food is Columbian, and he and his wife have been together for over ten years.
Malachi is new to the industry but has ample work experience. We're excited to add him to the service department! In his spare time, he likes to work on projects, fish, hunt, and drive around.
Mark, originally born in Illinois, currently dwells in Rogers, AR. He joins our team with 30 plus years of working in the automotive industry and brings with him a wealth of knowledge of all car brands. So pretty much he knows his stuff about cars. You'll meet him over at the Used Car Sales department. We're proud to have him as part of our team. If you have any questions on during the purchase of your vehicle don't hesitate to ask Mark or your Adventure Sales Associate.
Mark is a father of currently three teenagers and recently married his lovely wife back in 2015. He loves more than anything spending time with his family out on the lake boating or out in the wild hiking.
Matt has been a service advisor in the automotive industry for several years. He enjoys working on his project car, and going to local music shows. He's the second oldest of six children and his family lives in Texas.
Michael is part of our Service Technician team and has worked in the industry since 2014. When he's not working, he likes to work out and mountain bike. He also likes to spend time with his son and dog.
Michael works as a service technician, and has been at Adventure since 2019. He takes pride in his work and keeping your Subaru on the road and running smoothly. He collects records, likes to tinker with old stereos and turntables, and enjoys live music. He and his wife have three daughters and keep busy in their backyard.
Michael is part of the Pre-Owned Sales team. Before here, he managed a restaurant and bar. He's excited to be part of the team and we're glad he's here! He likes to stay active by playing sports and music when he's not working.
Michael is the main guy responsible for getting your brand-new, off the truck Subaru, ready for delivery. His role is to perform Pre-Delivery Inspections, but also, he's the accessory extraordinaire and installs Subaru Genuine Accessories on vehicles. He's been at Adventure Subaru since early 2018, enjoys family time, and he and his wife have three children.
Mike or "Mikey" as some call him, is a current resident of Siloam Springs. He is an avid car enthusiast who in his spare time loves to attend car shows, cruise nights and drag races. Mike joins us with already 11 years experience as a parts consultant so we're pretty confident with him your parts decisions are in good hands.
Miranda joined Adventure in the summer of 2022 as a Porter for the Service drive team. She now is one of our friendly Express Advisors! She has always loved cars and knew we'd be a good fit! In her spare time, you'll find her wakeboarding on the lake, playing tennis, and playing card games with friends.
Nick relocated to the area from Tupelo, Mississippi after a friend convinced him to move eight hours away and experience northwest Arkansas! He said the first thing he saw when he got to town was Adventure Subaru, and applied a day later. We're glad he took his friend's advice and moved here!
In his spare time, he likes to work out, fly planes, play video games, read, and listen to music.
Owen is a great asset to the Porter team! He's a car enthusiast and enjoys photography and videography. When he's not here, you'll find him spending time outside with friends and family.
Born in Michigan, Patrick "Mike" Murray currently resides as a proud Arkansas resident of Fayetteville. Happily married for over 20 years to his wife, he is a proud father of 4 children. When not at work, Mike enjoys swimming, biking, running and playing basketball. In all honesty he's in pretty good athletic shape for an old guy, even though he can NOT sing and dance and participates in a handful of local marathons on occasion.
Rachel serves as our customer liaison in the Service Department. She's a big help in ensuring that customers continue to have a great experience at Adventure Subaru. She joined in the late summer of 2021 and has experience in the automotive industry. In her spare time, she enjoys all things outdoors and sports, as well as a big music lover.
If you've purchased a vehicle in the past few years, chances are, you may have worked with Randy. He was one of our Business Managers and has been here since 2017. He's now one of our Team Leaders. He loves the crew and comradery we have amongst ourselves and the energy from the top down. It projects how we strive to treat our customers, like how we'd want to be treated. He has two daughters and loves spending time with them. He likes to golf, spend time outdoors with family and friends, and a good craft beer. He's a Hog fan through thick and thin!
Raul is an experienced detail guy, and a welcomed addition to the team. He likes to fish, and hang out with friends and family. He has four siblings, two dogs, and enjoys Chinese and Mexican food.

All together, Robbie has been with Adventure Subaru for over 13 years. He left for a while, and we're happy he's back. He's a Senior Master Technician from Subaru, and a staple in our service area. He recognizes that while some things may be simple, sometimes vehicles can be challenging, and he welcomes each challenge with open arms. Outside of work, he also likes to challenge himself, whether road cycling or playing Forza with friends. Him and his wife have been married over ten years and have a daughter.
Robert began at Adventure Subaru in June of 2018, bringing with him over 38 years of knowledge and experience in the automotive industry. Of all his experience in the sector, he likes the soft approach, total transparency, and the way the store takes care of customers and employees the most about Adventure Subaru. Robert loves to fish, woodwork, throw darts, and spend time with his grandchildren. He's been married to his wife Sandy for 40 years, has two children and four grandchildren.
Rocky has a passion for the automotive industry and he appreciates Adventure Subaru's commitment to customer satisfaction. In his spare time, he likes to research ancient history and ride his bicycle on the Greenway. He enjoys spending time with his daughter and going on walks in nature.
Rodney has made his way back to Adventure Subaru after being gone for a bit, and we're glad he's back! He has years of experience in the automotive sector and is a welcome addition to the Parts team. When he's not here, you'll find him on the golf course, training his dog Huxley, or spending time with his family.
Ryan works at our Parts counter and is super helpful with customers and getting them the parts and knowledge they need. He's got years of experience working in the technical field and we're glad he's here. In his spare time, you'll find him spending time outdoors or hanging with family and friends.
Ryan joins the sales team with past experience in car sales, plus experience in installing network equipment for large retail stores. He enjoys playing sports, music, and he runs a TikTok all about fragrances! He is married, has three kids, two cats, fourteen goats and seven chickens.
Scott has over 35 years of experience in the car business. He took a break for a while and worked for Habitat for Humanity. Now he's back in the business at Adventure! He believes in the product he sells and is a great fit. In his spare time, he likes to work on motorcycles, and bicycles and spoil his granddaughter.
Sergio has worked for us before, and we're glad he's back! He enjoys working on cars and going fishing. He has two younger siblings and enjoys Mexican and Italian foods, hip hop/r&b music, and regional Mexican music.
Shannon has been a fellow citizen of Fayetteville, AR for the past 43 years. She has been married for over twenty happy years and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her two daughters and also enjoys woodworking and hiking when she gets the chance. Prior to joining us here at Adventure Subaru Shannon worked in the medical field at Washington Regional for 26 years.
Sharon works in our Office Administration building as an Accounting Clerk. She's been in the car business since 1998 and has brought a wealth of knowledge to the team! She enjoys working at Adventure Subaru because of the people. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family, whether camping or just being outdoors. She's been married for over 27 years, has two sons and a Shitzu named Brady. She's also a twin! Her sister Sheril is also employed with Adventure Subaru.
Shawn is one of our friendly advisors in the Parts Department. He's been with Adventure Subaru since October of 2018. He likes the people he works with, and the friendliness of everyone here. He's married with two kids, two dogs, and likes all kinds of music. His favorite foods are tacos and wings. You'll find him playing softball and golf as part of his outdoor activities.
Sheril is our Office Manager on the Administration side of the dealership. Before Subaru, she has worked in the car business for over 32 years! She enjoys the environment of Adventure, and working with people that are like family. In fact, she is a twin, her sister Sharon also works here. She has been married for over twenty seven years with two daughters and a son in law. When she's not working, she serves as Co-Director of the Children's Ministry and a leader of the Ladies Ministry at her church.
Stefan joined Adventure in August of 2021, previously as a delivery specialist for another manufacturer. He's transitioned from the acquisition specialist role to pre-owned sales. When he's not here, you'll find him working out, running, or playing video games.
Before Adventure Subaru, Summer was an admin assistant at a psychology and counseling firm. She was ready for a change and we're glad she is here! She enjoys hiking, live music, and cooking, as well as spending time with her dogs.
Sydney has worn many hats at Adventure Subaru! She's currently in the role of Recon Advisor, ensuring that all the used cars that come through service get the attention they need. You may recognize Sydney as a former Service Porter, Loaner Vehicle Coordinator, and Service BDC agent. She's a great asset to the company, and we're glad she's here.
Taryn has been with Adventure Subaru since early 2020, and is a great addition to the team. She enjoys the openness of the showroom and everyone's positive energy. She loves to bike, do yoga, inline skate, hike, swim, and spend time with those who long for truth, beauty and justice.
Tiffany is part of our administration team and works as a title clerk. She began at Adventure Subaru in 2017, bringing with her administrative experience in the automotive industry. One of the many things she likes about working here is the family atmosphere, interacting, and helping customers. She enjoys canoeing, hiking, and camping. She loves to spend time with family, and spoiling her niece!

Toby is a member of the Service team and has worked here before! We're glad to have him again as a technician. He's worked in various other brands, so his knowledge is extensive. When he's not working on cars, you'll find him farming, hunting, or fishing. He also spends his time with his wife and two children.
Tony joined Adventure in October of 2021. His dad is Bush Blackburn that works here, and encouraged him to apply. We are so glad he did! Tony is a phenomenal asset to the team. In his spare time you'll find him tuned into sports 24/7, playing spades, dominos and spending time with family.
Tray is one of our friendly service advisors. He's got years of customer service and technical experience, previously working in the bike industry. He's really knowledgeable and a great addition to the serivce drive. When he's not here, he enjoys being outdoors, spending time with friends.

Tyler has been a part of the Adventure Subaru and Sunrise Guitars group for a while, most recently making the full-time move over to Adventure Subaru to join the marketing team. Tyler is an incredible asset, and we're glad he's here. In his spare time, you'll likely find him listening to live music. In his estimate, he's been to over 600 concerts in the past 15 years! Tyler and his wife have two sons.
Tyler worked on tractor and construction equipment, as well as for Acura before joining Adventure Subaru. We're glad he's back to working on cars! He enjoys wheeling, dirtbikes, and spending time outside.
He may not be on the front lines of the dealership, but Wesley is a pivotal part of the team. He is one of two Warranty Clerks in the dealership. He is responsible for filing claims on warranty work for your Subaru. He's a fan of the relaxed work environment and friendly people. He's played video games semi-competitively, and likes to ride his motorcycle and sight see.
Will is a member of our Service Advisor team, and brings with him over thirteen years of customer service experience from the telecommunications sector. You can rest easy knowing that with that much experience working with customers, he can be your go-to guy for service questions. He loves to hike, kayak, and going to music festivals in his spare time!
Originally from California, Ysmael now resides in Northwest Arkansas. He's part of the detail team, ensuring that each car is customer-ready. In his spare time, he enjoys working on his car.
