DHSS - Key Persons
Tom brings extensive experience of the offshore energy industry, nautical and project related in a career that spans more than 40 years in a number of roles. From client representative, warrant surveyor to senior expert in offshore drilling operations. Tom joined DHSS in 2018 as Operations Superintendent and is responsible for quality and safety aspects in the logistical assistance DHSS is providing to its customers. Next to this, he is responsible for the safe and efficient working procedures within all operational departments of DHSS.
As of his wide range of experience, Tom is the link between our internal organisation and our customers, inspiring our team and give them full support during the offshore energy transition.
His motto: "I don't only like to play the game, I like to control it".
With more than 30 years of experience covering various management roles covering chemicals, waste management and renewable energy industries, Tonnie joined DHSS in January 2020. With his team player skills in coaching and communication as well as the QHSE and financial management background, Tonnie plays a key role in the growth of our business.
His leadership and focus is to fine tune our process management in which our operational staff is able to develop themselves, to reach the set goals and to further develop our business, gaining sustainable long-term relationships.
