FTS - Key Persons
Asaf Berenstin has served as our Chief Financial Officer since October 2014. Asaf has also served as Chief Financial Officer at FTS' parent company Magic Software Enterprises (NASDAQ: MGIC) since April 2010. Prior to that and from August 2008, Asaf served as Magic Software's Corporate Controller. Before joining Magic Software, Asaf served as Controller at Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: GILT). Asaf also worked as a certified public accountant at Kesselman & Kesselman, a member of PricewaterhouseCooper.
Asaf holds a B.A degree in Accounting and Economics and an MBA degree, both from Tel-Aviv University, and is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Israel.
Ilan Benodiz joined FTS from Amdocs in 2006 as a solution architect. Ilan has over 20 years of experience in software research and development. Ilan has an extensive business and technical BSS knowledge, including real-time charging and billing, policy control and customer management. As part of his role, Ilan leads FTS' product road map and architecture and oversees the overall solution design for the company's projects.
Ilan holds a B.Sc. in Biology from Tel Aviv University.
With over 20 years of experience in the telecom and Fintech industries, Shai has vast experience in Payment Services operations, Telecommunication Solutions, System operation management ,SaaS, cloud solutions, DRP, mobile and IT integrations and network Solutions.
Shai is leading FTS Sales activities in the Telecom, IoT and m-Banking industries.
Shai holds a Bs.c EE in Electrical Engineering from the Technion and MEI, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Swinburne University of Technology.
With over 15 years of experience in the telecom and software industries, Yael manages FTS' operations including research and development of FTS' family of convergent charging, billing, policy control and payment solutions, projects delivery and customer support.
Prior to joining FTS, Yael held several managerial positions in Amdocs USA and Amdocs Israel Professional Services groups, supporting large North American and European communication service providers. Yael also served as an independent consultant of operations management and control for high-tech and low-tech companies. Yael holds a B.A from Jerusalem's Hebrew University in Economics and Business Administration and a professional Diploma in Computer Sciences.
