MHSWare is implementing CMMi (Capability Maturity Model Integration) internally by developing an in-house application that corresponds to the standards and requirements of CMMi and now is in the process of being certified as CMMi Level 2 with the near future plan to become CMMi level 3 certified. We are one of the few Romanian companies that have implemented CMMi, and will probably be the first Romanian company that will be CMMi certified outrunning big companies like Alcatel Romania, Siemens Romania or Freescale Semiconductor Romania... MHSWare was created in April 2004 by three newly graduates from the "Politehnica" University of Timisoara. Currently, MHSWare employs capable people that have graduated from the "Politehnica" University of Timisoara and also, our company gives some students their first chance on the working field by employing some of the brightest of them part-time.
