SIGNAFFECTS - Key Persons
Bethany graduated from MNVU in 2016 with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design. She is a well-rounded designer with knowledge from digital design to print design. She is quick on her feet and ready to learn any new process or technique that will help her succeed. Bethany is married and keeps busy with her dog Koda, as well as random design projects she does for herself at home. Whenever she gets the chance she travels, finding new adventures and new places to photograph.

Erika was born and raised in Pickerington, Ohio with an extended stay in Springfield, Ohio for about 5 years where she eventually obtained her Business Management degree from Clark State College. In her spare time she enjoys Refit© and Yoga classes, interior decorating, traveling and spending time with her friends and family, including the dog, Bella the Beagle. Erika works well under pressure and loves to work with others who challenge her.

Heather is a graduate of The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. She has been with SignAffects since 2007! Heather's positive attitude and attention to customer satisfaction make designing and working with her a wonderful experience! Heather is married and has two sons. She is very artistic and spends her spare time creating wonderful mosaics and other art forms.
Margie has an indefatigable attitude towards the greater good of the team, but her
dedication to her clients and her propensity to provide high level customer care is the
spark that ignites her conviction that customers are her #1 priority! Margie is an avid reader,
loves cooking, painting, and all things outdoors. She enjoys sharing her passions with her
Mike is a great problem solver and a natural for all the unique sign installations and repair work. Mike has experience with LED, vinyl, wood and metal signs. Most importantly, Mike is very patient and detail oriented! He won't quit until the job is done right. Mike keeps busy racing Karts with his wife and chasing around his young son.

Paul began SignAffects in 2006. Prior to that, Paul worked in the financial services industry, banks and internet based companies for 16 years. He holds a BSA from Kent State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. He is proud to be listed as an inventor on 2 U.S. Patents. Paul's wife Lisa contributes to the company by helping with inventory & keeping the shop looking tip-top. Their four sons also help around the shop, from yard work to install. Paul is a dedicated family man who enjoys Kart Racing, football and wrestling.

Shelby is a dedicated mother to her daughter. She views herself as committed, passionate and loyal. Her no non-sense, down-to-earth approach helps to get to the bottom of any issue and to define what needs to happen to get approval and push the project forward.
In Shelby's free time, she enjoys spending time with family. She is also an avid spokesperson/sponsor for those in recovery.
