Your dedication, commitment and enthusiasm is infectious and I am astounded by the amount of high quality work you produce - those unfamiliar with ICVA would think there was a team of people delivering such fantastic results. I fully appreciate that you have a very effective Board, chaired under the wise leadership of Martyn that is extremely supportive of the work that you do and they are to be congratulated...
ICVA provide an outstanding service; their support to scheme managers in invaluable. Their work with the Home Office and other national bodies evidences that our voices are being heard. I'm confident in ICVAs ability to influence changes to national policy to improve the conditions and treatment of those in custody.
