Heidi joined Gibson Booth in 2014 having previously worked for a small local firm of chartered accountants. She gained her AAT qualification in 2014 and achieved her ACA qualification in 2017. Heidi is working in our accounts & audit department helping to deal with a number of audit and non-audit clients.

Having joined Gibson Booth in 2011, Jenny's main role is to help manage the finances of the company.

John joined Gibson Booth in 2006 after graduating from University with a degree in accounting and finance.
John is our small business manager which involves a wide range of work including servicing sole traders, partnerships and non-audit companies. John also completes VAT returns for a number of the firm's clients and is extensively involved in helping clients with MTD.
Leanne joined Gibson Booth in June 2020, as an FCCA qualification Chartered Accountant. Leanne manages a portfolio of Limited Companies providing advisory support and delivering management accounts and producing annual accounts.

Rob joined Gibson Booth in 2008, having previously worked for both national and leading independent firms, and has vast experience dealing with a wide range of tax issues affecting both businesses and individuals.
His primary role is to offer pro-active advice to clients on ways to mitigate their potential tax exposure, which includes ensuring that their affairs and any transactions are correctly structured to take advantage of the valuable tax reliefs and incentives available.
Rob is also highly adept at dealing and negotiating with HM Revenue & Customs' disputes, enquiries and Self-Assessment matters and looks after the tax affairs of a portfolio of high net worth individuals and successful business owners.

Robert joined Gibson Booth in 1998 and qualified in 2001. In April 2014 Robert assumed the role of Managing Director. Robert specialises in looking after Gibson Booth's many family/owner managed businesses. As such, clients benefit from Robert's skills in strategic planning, business planning and profit improvement, with specific emphasis on tax planning.

Robert's key strengths include developing close working relationships with clients to cover strong business advisory and development roles. He has experience in all aspects of business management involving operational, strategic and financial decision making.
Robert is a Responsible Individual within the firm, and as such is responsible for numerous audit assignments including the firm's Solicitors' Accounts Rules clients.

Ryan joined Gibson Booth in July 2019, having previously attended full time training at Barnsley College. Ryan works in our accounts department, dealing with sole trader, partnerships and limited companies including bookkeeping, preparing VAT returns and annual accounts. Ryan has achieved the AAT Level 3 qualification.

Scott joined the practice as a trainee-chartered accountant and qualified in 1993. With more than 25 years' experience of working with clients from sole traders to large incorporated organisations, Scott has a wealth of knowledge which clients can access to help them meet their challenges.
With detailed knowledge of the charities sector Scott acts for a large number of not for profit organisations.
Scott is classed as a Responsible Individual and looks after a large number of the firm's audit assignments. He is also responsible for technical compliance matters within the office and deals with specialist assignments such as valuations and due diligence.
