A graduate in psychology, following an initial seven year period working and managing in a residential setting with children and young adults with autism, Craig has over the last 10 years specialised in complaints, compliance and quality assurance for Local Authorities, charities and independent service providers with a successful record in developing best practice, backed up by qualifications in contracting and commissioning and ISO9001.

David Questa - CFO

David has extensive experience in growing and sustaining business with a vast experience in the financial services sector, both personal and business. During his time working for blue chip financial institutions and his time as an independent consultant he has worked with businesses on operational management, strategy and planning.

Felicity Holton-Smith

Felicity is a graduate in Psychology who has worked with children in Europe, the Middle East and Australasia. She, therefore, has awareness along with a deep understanding of how people develop and also of different cultures. Her work in recruitment allows her to see clearly, people's skills and potential and her time working with the prison service means that she brings with her logistical and structured thinking. Trained by the Samaritans, she also has a most empathetic nature and manner. She has huge enthusiasm for helping people with autism to reach their full potential in appropriate and supportive environments.

Manar Matusiak - Managing Director

Manar has over 20 years' experience at director level in the specialist care and education sector, in particular in the field of autism. She helped to set up and develop the first transitional residential service in the country for young adults with autism and complex needs. Her background is in teaching and management and she is passionate about the development of individuals in the pursuit of the best possible quality of life.

Wayne Santarine - Chief Commercial Officer

Wayne has over 20 years' experience at senior management and director level, leading large operations and commercial teams. For 10 years he has been delivering solutions to both parents and authorities in the autism and specialist care sector. Wayne has a mixed background in global business solutions and a keen interest in youth mentoring and development. His background and experience ideally place him to lead the commercial direction of Living Autism and the team's unique family placement support service.
