Linhay Homes Limited was created in August 2006 by Rob Limon from Sandford, Crediton. We are a small company; able to meet all your building and carpentry needs. Rob has over 25 years experience in the building industry, initially training and specialising as a carpenter. He has a wealth of building knowledge and experience gained over the years, working closely with others and liaising with planning officers and local government building control. He can fit wood flooring or build you a new home (and any other work in-between)... We provide an outstanding quality of work in everything we do, whether it be New Build, Extensions, Loft Conversions, property alterations, kitchen fitting, general property maintenance and repair and all aspects of carpentry work.
