Daniel Reilly was called to the Bar as a barrister in 1995 and has worked in the criminal courts since. Daniel has specialised in criminal law matters for more than 20 years. Daniel spends the majority of his time in the Crown Court and regularly represents those charged with the most serious of offences. Daniel has appeared in a number of high-profile cases both in Hampshire and London.

After as short period away working in the field of Youth Rehabilitation, TBJ has Sally back as part of our team. Sally has worked in the field of criminal defence work for most of her career and is a passionate and formidable advocate. Sally is known particularly for her great touch and skill in dealing clients and cases in the Youth Court.

Stephen Bentley qualified as a solicitor over 30 years ago and ably covers all aspects of our criminal law workload. Before entering private practice, Stephen worked as a Clerk to the Justices and provided Judicial training. Stephen brings great knowledge and experience to the TBJ team. Stephen likes to be busy and is usually found at the police station or on his feet in court.
Theresa Tang qualified in 1998 and has specialised in criminal defence work locally since. Theresa is a good listener and ensures clients know that they have someone on their side. Theresa is regularly asked for by name following recommendations and has dealt with a number of the largest and most significant cases in Hampshire. This is testament to the regard in which she is held.
