Beginning her career with Redline in Sales Support for the Contracts Division in 2015, Abbee provided a wide range of Support and Reporting for the ever-evolving and changing world of contracting, before progressing into a Contract & Interim Compliance Specialist role. Here she took a more focused approach to the way Redline operates and develops best practices and processes with both Customers and Candidates. Since the start of 2023, Abbee has moved into a new role as Manager - Compliance & Quality, which involves managing the Sales Support function and team, encompassing Compliance, Quality, Contractor Frameworks, Payroll Support, On-boarding, Administration, and Financial Forecasting for the business.

Adam Walker

Atiqa Ali

Bio After completing her Bachelor of Computer Arts, with a major in Animation and minor in Graphic Design, Atiqa moved to the UK to further her career. During her 4 years in university, she had also been working as a Social Media Manager for one of the top digital magazines in her home country, Pakistan. This is the career path she ultimately decided pursue as she joined Redline Group as their Marketing Executive in 2022. At Redline, Atiqa is responsible for maintaining the company's CMS, ensuring the website is up-to-date and maximising social media presence. She is also responsible for the design and delivery of all internal and external marketing collateral. Atiqa is an avid reader, with more books in her home than space to shelve them. She has also been writing from a very young age and has had several published works in local magazines. She enjoys listening to music and will often be found bobbing her head to the tunes in her headphones, off in her own world.

Due to his success, David now utilises his skills and talents developing Redline's core relationships as a Business/Customer Development Manager. His responsibilities include ensuring Redline has the ‘right' customer portfolio through the development of long-term strategic relationships. He has continued to demonstrate a consultative and knowledge-led approach to partnering with companies to strengthen and expand their world-class technology teams. Ellie Carden-Lovell: Ellie decided to pursue a career with Redline in 2021, joining us as Administration Assistant. After getting the hang of office life and putting in the hard work required, Ellie was promoted to Administrator. Bio Before joining Redline, Gemma worked for the NHS in a clinical administration function which meant dealing with the general public on a day to day basis. Beginning her career at Redline in 2017, joining the administration team as a Junior Administration Assistant, Gemma provided vital support to the entire business. Since then, she has honed her skills and been promoted into more niche roles, firstly as Contract Specialist and more recently becoming our Senior Contract Coordinator. Her integral role sees her predominantly supporting the contract and interim business, which covers a vast expanse of in-house reporting, as well as ensuring all our professional contractors are working with our customers and Redline in a compliant way.
