As our Head of Product, Adelaide drives the technology and innovation strategy for 2cloudnine. She leads a passionate and talented team of technical professionals who innovate, create, and develop our products on the Salesforce platform and beyond.
Adelaide thoroughly enjoys the challenge of directing the product roadmap and managing multi-disciplined, cross-functional teams. Before joining our team in 2013, she spent several years working in consulting and management roles within R&D across various industries.
Among her many talents, Adelaide is also a classically trained soprano. She can be seen performing in operas and concerts all around Melbourne and throughout regional Victoria.
It's not every day your customer becomes your employee. But that's exactly what happened when Ben joined the growing 2cloudnine team.
Ben knows better than anyone what it's like to be one of 2cloudnine's customers. He was working at DFP Recruitment when it became the first company to implement 2cloudnine's new payroll platform. In fact, he project-managed the rollout.
"I really enjoyed working at DFP, but I was also really impressed with the 2cloudnine product suite," Ben said.

For 13 years and counting, Bernie has worked with a range of recruitment, HR, service, support and sales teams to implement best practice business processes through training and software solutions.
Bernie joined 2cloudnine in 2012. She loves working with our partners and customers to get the most out of their investment in Salesforce and 2c9 Payroll by providing dedicated training and enablement programs and services.
In her role as Head of Partner Success, Bernie leads a team of dedicated consultants and trainers who are committed to building lasting relationships with our partners to enable them to implement solutions that bring an organisation's goals to life.
Outside of work, Bernie enjoys running, reading and spending time with family.

Guy leads the integration of 2cloudnine's suite of products with other third-party applications. Whether it's applications native to Salesforce or another platform, he implements robust and innovative solutions that deliver a seamless integration of business systems for our customers.
Guy joined 2cloudnine in 2014. In that time, he has successfully managed product release cycles, delivery lifecycles and integration strategies on the Salesforce ecosystem. He relishes the unique challenges each project presents to provide outcomes that exceed customer expectations.
He is currently on the path to becoming a certified Salesforce Application Architect and holds various other certifications.
Outside of work, Guy loves spending time with family and friends, and staying active. When he's not improving his golf handicap, he's watching the latest tournament! He also enjoys watching AFL and Formula 1.
Jules is fulfilling a burning desire to grow her career in project management.
When Jules joined 2cloudnine in a project support role, little did she know that six months later she'd be making her mark as a project manager.
"I think the punt they took on me has paid off, and I'm incredibly grateful for that."
Jules's background is in recruitment and HR consulting. She understood the life of projects and was eager to work in the field. So, when the opportunity arose to work at 2cloudnine as a project coordinator, she jumped at the chance.
"From day one, I was eager to learn as much as I could, to join meetings with customers and take on more responsibilities. Bit by bit opportunities arose for me to run customer meetings, to really understand their needs and pain points, and to get my teeth stuck into some challenging work. I've been able to grow into the project manager role, leading customer projects."

Rene joined 2cloudnine in 2017 and today leads our staffing practice. He coordinates our product, professional services and support teams to provide a payroll platform that meets the needs of staffing, labour hire and recruitment businesses.
Rene has a wealth of experience in enterprise sales and systems automation having designed and implemented end-to-end systems for the largest recruitment and labour hire agencies globally. It's through this experience that Rene ensures both passion and a strong focus on putting our customers first remain key pillars of 2cloudnine's values and market success.
Outside of work, Rene spends his time with family, rock-climbing, hiking and researching the leading tools and best practices for systems automation and innovation!

Rickie-Lee oversees our health practice. Leading a team of functional consultants, she is passionate about ensuring we deliver a highly efficient and integrated solution tailored to the health sector.
From integration design to enhancing the implementation process, Rickie-Lee loves working with our customers and building mutual trust to deliver the right solutions and exceptional service every step of the way.
Rickie-Lee has vast experience under her belt having worked in payroll roles across multiple industries. She moved into the vendor space and joined 2cloudnine in 2019; because she thrives on making payroll more efficient and accurate, and empowering organisations to improve their processes.
In her spare time, you'll find Rickie-Lee running, at the dog park with her pup, Audrey, or trying out a new restaurant with friends.

As our Head of Customer Success, Sam guides how we support our customers and partners post the project implementation phase. With our customers' success top of mind, Sam and her team are focused on implementing process improvements and ensuring we always deliver the support and services our customers need.
Sam is known for her expertise in workforce analytics, planning and award interpretation. She has worked both within organisations and in the vendor/IT space, gaining a unique understanding of customers' requirements and a raft of experience. She joined 2cloudnine in 2017 and loves the fact that no two days are ever the same.
Away from work, Sam is a trained Reiki healer. She also enjoys quilt making, painting, drawing and pottery.
A career of growth awaited Swaroop when he started at 2cloudnine as an intern. Today, he is a Technical Consultant.
After completing his master's degree in information systems and business analytics, Swaroop was eager to kickstart his career in IT. Our internship and graduate program provided the opportunity he needed - growing his learning, development and on-the-job skills.
