Gloria Hinton joined 3coast in 2006 and brings more than 17 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant and more than 14 years in the banking sector. As Director of Finance, she is responsible for 3coast financial operations and contract administration.
Prior to joining 3coast, Hinton held the position of controller for Hurricane Glass, Inc., Municipal Emergency Services/Four Alarm Fire Equipment, Data Duplicators, Inc., and Caesar J. Thibodeaux, Inc.
Hinton received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston - Clear Lake, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She achieved Dean's List and President's List rankings.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants - Houston Chapter. Hinton holds active memberships in the 50 States Marathon Club and the Bay Area Multisports Triathlon Club.

Richard Gross joined 3coast in 1980 as one of the original founders. He continues to be a driving force behind the company's permanent placement and staffing business. His leadership helps 3coast grow and maintain its reputation for service and integrity.
Gross has built long-term relationships with clients in a broad spectrum of industries, including Fortune 500 companies and emerging entrepreneurial businesses. He has an established placement record in locating highly qualified technical and management candidates for these enterprises.
Prior to 1980, Gross has held positions such as Actuarial Manager, IT Auditor, IT Systems Development Manager and IT Director in the insurance industry. He has been associated with the information technology industry since 1967. Gross holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) member. His outstanding performance in permanent placement resourcing services has earned him platinum level member status in NPA, The Worldwide Recruiting Network in recognition of his achievements.

As the leader of 3coast IT staffing services, Sally Culley is responsible for the daily operations focused on growing the staffing business through strategy and business development. Her responsibilities include sales leadership, mentoring and customer solutions. Culley has a strong focus in contract, contract-to-hire and direct hire in corporate accounts, as well as new client partnerships.
Sally joined 3coast in 2000 and was responsible for staffing solution projects for large accounts. Previously, she held the position of vice president of operations for Stellar Technologies, an IT consulting and staffing firm. She also held the roles of Senior Business Development Manager, recruiting director and senior IT recruiter.
She has been involved with several startup companies. In recognition of her achievements in sales and recruiting, Culley has earned numerous top producer awards. She is a key member of 3coast's executive committee. She attended the University of Houston for Business Management and Alvin College for Court Reporting. Culley is a certified Technical Recruiter and Sales Trainer.
