As a native to the Tri-State area, Kelsey combines her talents and those of her parents, who have been leading real estate experts in the area for over 20 years. When you first meet Kelsey, what strikes you immediately is her charismatic smile and joyful demeanor. Kelsey is a bundle of energy and shares enthusiasm when it comes to helping buyers find their dream homes and helping sellers sell their homes so they can begin a new chapter in their life.
Michael has lived in the Bullhead City area for over 20 years arriving from Madison, Wisconsin, in the late 1980s. He has raised his family here and enjoyed coaching softball and volunteering at countless school events. He has an in-depth understanding of the community and what it has to offer for young and old alike.
Michael's strong analytical skills and his background in construction and finance help you assess and prepare your home for sale. For years Michael has brokered/managed his own company, and now with Country Ranch Realtors, his vast knowledge of contract law aids his clients when it comes to negotiation and avoiding contract pitfalls. As a past Board of Realtor President, he has a close relationship with the local realtors and support staff which gives him a unique insight as to all aspects of real estate.
Petra has also lived in the area for over 20 years after moving from Sacramento, California. Although a California real estate agent prior to moving to Arizona, she took a few years away from the business to raise her children. Along with Michael, they raised their three daughters along the banks of the Colorado River, enjoying all that this small town has to offer.
In 1997 she returned to the business and began once again doing what she loves most which are helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams. Husband Michael joined her soon after which together they have continuously been one of the top real estate teams in the Tri-State Area.
