Bethany Rademaker is the Vice President of Events and Marketing for ACEC Illinois. She organizes and facilitates meetings, seminars and events, including the Engineering Excellence Awards Annual Gala.
Prior to joining ACEC Illinois, Bethany worked for the Logan County Clerk & Recorder and was the Assistant to the Director of Marketing at Lincoln Christian University.
Bethany is the Logan County Fair Queen Pageant Director, serves on several non-profit committees and volunteers for her church. She is also a certified fitness instructor.
Bethany is a graduate of Lincoln Christian University where she earned her bachelor's degree in business administration and master's degree in organizational leadership. She resides in Lincoln with her husband, Gary, and their two children.

Emily Martinez is the Director of Membership for ACEC Illinois. She oversees membership recruitment, dues, and committees. Emily is also responsible for marketing and communication.
Before holding the Director of Membership position, Emily worked for ACEC Illinois as an office assistant and was a business intern for the President's Office of Lincoln
Emily is the volunteer coordinator for Gigi's Playhouse of Central Illinois, coaches the dance team at Lincoln Junior High School and is an avid dog lover.
Emily is a graduate of Lincoln College where she earned her bachelors degree is business administration.

President and CEO of ACEC Illinois. He works with the ACEC Illinois Board of Directors and members to advocate on behalf of Illinois' engineering community and promote regulatory and legislative solutions to promote and improve the business climate for the engineering industry. Kevin oversees the operations of the association and staff.
Prior to joining ACEC Illinois, Kevin was the Chief Operating Officer of the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority where he oversaw the state's 294-mile tollway system and managed its $1.3 billion annual budget.
Kevin also has an extensive career in government at the state and federal level, including serving in senior policy-making roles in both the United States Senate and Illinois General Assembly.
Kevin is a graduate of Chicago's Loyola University. He resides in Naperville with his wife, Maureen, and their three children.

Sarah Dean is the Director of Leadership & Programming for ACEC Illinois. She oversees webinars, professional development, and small-group trainings; as well as organizing and facilitating the Executive Leadership Institute and the Leadership Institute.
Prior to joining ACEC Illinois, Sarah had worked in higher education for over a decade, most recently she was an academic advisor.
Sarah volunteers her time as the scholarship advisor to the women of Chi Omega at UIUC, and volunteers as one of the directors for the Jr. Miss Logan County Fair Queen Pageant.
Sarah is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University where she earned her master's degree in higher education & leadership; and from Western Illinois University where she earned her bachelor's degree in both Communication and Women's Studies. She resides in Logan County with her husband and their two children.
