The major shareholder of ACSI is ÆON Financial Service Co., Ltd. Japan (AFS JAPAN) which is a listed entity on First Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange. AFS Japan has operations in 13 countries including Japan, out of which the subsidiaries located in Hong Kong, Thailand and Malaysia are listed on the Stock exchange. On 10 th February, 2013, the Company launched its 1 st product in the market as a pioneer of finance facility for the purchase of Mobile products in Mumbai with a special easy payment scheme.
